Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters serve perfectly cooked hamburgers, bacon and sausages here. I want to say thank you to IHOP, they donated breakfast for the Lake View track team this morning! The staff at IHOP was so nice this morning as they packed up food to feed 100 hungry teens. Breakfast is so important for these athletes when they will be out on the track all day long. The whole team really appreciated their food this morning! Our visit was rather disappointing. The place was dirty, garbage on the floor, and one of the servers acted rather disgusting. Touching his face, nose, then arranging bacon on the plate with the same hand. The only nice part was our server, Dawn, who was kind, courteous, and very apologetic about the long wait for our food (gusting 50 minutes). I don’t think I would go back again. If there were more stars for customer service, i would definitely add more. "CC" had extremely great service. So attentive and courteous. She was attending several of us, cleaning tables and taking payments. All with a smile. You need to have more like her. Good job!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here with a group of friends (6 total). The food was great, as always. The service could have been better. A cup of water was accidentally spilled, and the server just brought a kitchen towel and left it in the table, not making any attempt to clean up the table. Besides, even though it was early morning and the place was almost empty, we got "kicked out." The last thing that server did was to start wiping the table while we were still sitting having a good conversation (this was kind of rude). That's why I couldn't give 5 stars. Came for breakfast, was seated right away, server was a professional, took and placed order right away. My order arrived fresh, hot and delicious plus I received a 10% discount for 55 year old or older. I give them two thumbs up 👍👍 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I often go to this restaurant, the breakfast is good, they need to work on cleaning, they gave me a table which smelled bad, and it was clean, I had to ask them to clean it again... but everything was fine.

The food was good and service was great. The restaurant itself is pretty run down and there is dust everywhere. Especially on lamps above the tables. It also doesn’t smell the best in there. Food was a little bit pricey for simples dishes. Overall, I would eat here again but would like to see some improvements. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
