We love I HOP but we have been to this one twice and it takes forever to get your food. They let to-go meals take precedent over in restaurant customers. Why do they make waiters go by memory? They mess up every order. Waiter was to busy on phone. One employee in back was vaping. Bad management. Won’t go back! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

First I waited 10 minutes to be seated then 10 more minutes for the server to come for y’all to be out of everything I wanted. The food was cold and not worth it. Food was trash not as good as it used be. Our waitress was nice but she didn't follow up on us to see if we need anything. I had call her over like I was at school with hand raised up to get there attention. I hear the waitstaff talking noise cause I looking in there direction to get there attention. It was a pleasant afternoon.... me and a great friend of mine were looking for sustenance in our local house of pancakes. We sat down, coffees in hand, appetizers on the way. Our server was on the ball, making sure all of our needs were met... and more. However, in the midst of our delightful dining experience from the kitchen we heard a low roar. You see terror in the eyes of anyone who left the kitchen. Downtrodden and beaten, these waiters were being berated by a monster by the name of Marcy... The manager of all people. Her horrific outbursts were heard from all corners of the establishment and brought fear to all who heard it. Something must be done. Down with the witch. Save our local iHop. I was very disappointed at this location. Food was cold and the mashed potatoes were watery. The country fried steak tasted like a piece of cardboard. Big improvements could be made here. Don't recommend this location to anyone. It saddens me to say that I used to love IHOP but I wouldn't take my dog to eat there

I was very disappointed! I stopped by hoping to enjoy lunch with my family, walked in and waited for 12 minutes at the front to never be acknowledged! A waitress walked to the front to deliver a to-go order looked at us and quickly walked off. We decided to wait a few more minutes thinking the waitress might have made the hostess aware of our presence but that also was not the case! Personally if you don’t want to deal with customers don’t go to work and find something where you don’t have to show customer service! Service: 1

Food was really good. The turkey plate was better than I anticipated. I think our waiter could have been a bit more attentive. We were seated next to the kitchen area where waitstaff stood. They were loud enough that we could hear their conversation without wanting to hear. Yeah...I did not need to hear their complaints about their work. The food was good, the service was as good as it could be considering there was only one person waiting on everyone. Dont remember her name, but she was doing well to meet all the needs of her customers. She maintained a friendly attitude and a smile. You guys should really consider having more waitresses though. Food was alright. The cheesecake pancakes just taste like normal pancakes but the burger was good (even with the random dent). It was a pretty slow day. The waitress never came to check on us while we were eating which was weird but she did give us drinks to go which was nice. I wouldn’t go here again but it wasn’t a bad place.
