Order nicely cooked bacon, omelettes and hash browns. To try good blueberry pancakes, crepes and French toasts is a really good idea. Visitors don't like cold coffee at this restaurant. The great location of Ihop makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Many reviewers highlight that the staff is cheerful at this place. The professional service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. Average prices are what you will pay for your meal. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But google users rated this spot and it didn't gain a high rating.

Spent $44 for 3 of us. I had chicken tenders and pancakes,my son got a burger and fries. My mom 2×2×2 off the senior menu. Our waitress was not very great. Took forever for our food. The other server whom had some sort of disability. but her was doing a perfect job. I would give him 5 stars but he wasn't out waiter.oh and 2 sodas. Waitress never brought out our condiments. Food wasn't very good for how much it costed. We asked for our bill she never brought it. So we got up to go pay and was told have a good night. We replied we didn't get the bill. Wasn't very impressed. Perkins is way better. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50

Only the start of ny review. We got a booth and watched other tables get served, that came in after us. The table got waited on served and ate and left. Then i finally got my food, the wrong oreder, twice. I finally took the second wrong order because we had a pending appointment at the bank and did not have time to go somewhere else. They did come and apologize to my granddaughter and offered a discount, but we got a receipt that was not itemized and from what I could remember the prices of our 2 orders, the discount might have been for a cup of coffee. I have yet to have a good or even a decent experience at this location. I usually only go here for breakfast. There is always either an item missing or I end up waiting a while. The pictures are from my visit today. Not only did I get there about 8 minutes after the time my order should have been ready, but I also ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for my order. I went to my car and checked to make sure I had everything. Good thing I did because my pancakes were missing. And the egg whites? So soggy I didn't even bother eating them. I also asked for crispy hash browns. That didn't go so well either. For those that go here for pick up orders please check your order before you leave! For management, not sure if you need more people, but you should have a host/hostess at the door to greet people and let them know how long the wait is... even if it's just on the weekends/ busier days. The food was great! Service needs improvement, which leads to less than great atmosphere. I have never had a server come back to my table and pick up the tip while I was still sitting there, but leave the plates sit on the table. The server was not the most friendly, but we all have those days. We were only 1 of 4 tables, and she took the tip as we already paid but left the plates. Who does that? At least clear the plates. And if the server was done with the shift again, just clear the plates. Say I am done, and thank you, and I can then hand you the tip. We arrived about 30 minutes before the breakfast crowd. It was clean and quiet. As crowd arrived, the volume rose to acceptable level. Acoustics were decent to control. We ordered a variety , from lunch to breakfast. All were pleased with food. My pancakes, however, were tough. Waitress could smile a bit. Very slow service, sat down to a very empty dinning area and took over 10 minutes to get a waiter to take our order and waited even longer for food approx 20+ min . Many customers left due to slow and poor service. I would not recommend this particular ihop restaurant and will probably not come back here again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered food online and my food was supposed to be ready around 11:48. I did not receive my food until about 15 minutes later. When I did receive my food it was cold. Not only that I had a very small portion of fries. The portion of fries looked like it was the leftovers from the bottom of the bag. The little tidbits and crumbs. I went back inside and explained to them that my burger was cold and that my fries looked relatively small. The manager told me that my fries looked about the correct size except for maybe 1 oz less because the fries are typically 6 oz. I've worked in fast food for many years and that was not 6 oz of fries and you don't give anyone that type of side of fries. Anyhow, they offered to remake the food so I took them up on that offer. As I said I waited and waited and 15 minutes passed. At this point, one of the servers came around and asked if I had been served or what was going on because they had already seen me there earlier. I explained to them I was just waiting for my burger and fries to be remade no one had said anything and at this point, it was ridiculous that I was still waiting there for a burger and fries when the restaurant was not busy. I said at this point I just want my money back. The server asked if she could just go and see what was going on with my food and I said yes. Or when she came back apparently my food had already been made but had been sitting in the window. This means it's the same result as the last time, I'm not getting hot food. Again the restaurant was not busy it was no reason for that to happen. When I got my food it was lukewarm and at that point, I just chose to keep it and keep going because I didn't feel like dealing with the manager and the whole process of everything. I just know that for sure I would not be back. There was no reason for me to wait almost an hour for me to get my food because I did not leave there until about 12:40! So it takes almost an hour to make a burger and fries when the restaurant is not busy. And they can pull the reports to find out how much money was made during that hour that I was there to sell that it was not that busy in that restaurant. On my visit, there were very few people which was very nice. Our waitress Tamie was excellent! Food was good as always. We visited on a Wednesday around 4pm. It was not busy. We had fast and friendly service and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had breakfast near dinner time and IHOP is always a sure thing for pancakes 🥞. Plenty of parking and we spent about $15pp with drinks. One plus, they were not skimpy with the meat in the omelets like a some locations. We will go again when in Oshkosh. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

There was only one other occupied table there, yet we were going on 10 minutes waiting on just a drink order before we decided to head somewhere else. Some waiters/waitresses here are good, some aren’t. Unfortunately, I’ve had the same waitress the last few times and she is just not on top of her game. The kitchen is great though!
