Our first visit was on a Sunday in February 2024 around 8:45 AM. Place was almost half full. Waited two minutes for hostess to seat us. Hostess also turned out to be our waitress. About two minutes later she came back and we placed our entire order. Drinks took about ten minutes and food was about a 20 minute wait. Pancakes and Colorado omelette tasted great to us. The place really started to fill up quickly as we were finishing up. Seemed like they might have been short staffed on waiters.

Seemed short staffed. The hostist was running around like crazy trying to take care of Togo orders so we had to wait awhile to be acknowledged and seated. She went to seat us and the table was still dirty from previous customers that sat there. She quickly cleared the table and wiped it down for us! Our poor waitress was running crazy as well... another older lady took iur drink orders to help her out. Finally ordered our food and felt like it took awhile... our waitress had to go check on it. The eggs and home fries weren't super hot... the French toast that came out after was. Felt bad for out waitress she was super nice and friendly kept apologizing for the wait. Because of her and the nicer older lady we will be back to give it a try again in the future.

Strawberry Banana Pancakes
Waited about 35 minutes for my boyfriend's food, legend has it they're still cooking my food. He isn't gonna eat without me having my food so of course his is cold.. Literally ordered pancakes bacon and eggs and it took well over an hour to get mine.. The waitress never checked on us. A month ago I came and it was great but tonight? I'm very disappointed.

March 9th, 2024…….When me & my family first came in, we were greeted by the hostess & she was nice/pleasant. The issue came in when we were sat. We had an older waitress who clearly hated her job. Gave me & my children dirty looks from a distance so I already knew this was going to be a problem coming in for breakfast. The older female waitress finally found her way to our table & walked up & didn’t even greet us properly, give us her name or anything. Her response was : “May I get you all something to drink”? No speaking no nothing. After we gave her our drink order “Very hesitant” too, my 13 year old says…. That was weird, that lady didn’t even introduce herself to us. I immediately got up & went back to the hostess & asked to be moved as quickly as possibly. I’ll update after we’ve eaten our breakfast.
Update: We were moved to “Ebony B” section & she was awesome. Very nice, polite, introduced herself & all. Now our food wasn’t a 100%, because raw hash rounds came out & raw bacon, but I do know that the appearance & quality of the food isn’t the waitress fault. She was great. She bought out more bacon, but the hash rounds I just let go. We didn’t eat those of course. The kitchen most definitely needs to do a better job cooking. Thanks Ebony for your hospitality. Keep up the good work!!!

We arrived to find leaving customers and upset customers. 2 of the staff completely abandoned their shift and did absolutely nothing. While waiting a little amount, the first amazing person came out. Dee came over and got right on everything and made sure we were taken care of. She followed up and explained everything while apologizing for the situation. She made the point to be know of her hard work and dedication to her position. She did an outstanding job and did the work of 4 people if not more. As we got to talking, Amanda came over to make sure everything was good and verified that we were satisfied. We had a great conversation and both girls did a fabulous job.
The Cards dealt tonight easily set that place up for negative reviews and failure. Dee and Amanda gave beyond what most would ever do. That’s what set them apart from the others and shows the review they deserve.
Dee and Amanda explained the hardships and frustrations they face as they are sent to help rebuild. They both deserve raises and a nice paid vacation after dealing with they do.
I have nothing but respect for them and appreciate everything they did for us.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you both for the hard work and determination.
For people visiting this review, the restaurant is facing a hardship of short staff and staffing issues. If you visit, please visit with respect and give them a chance. They’re working at full speed ahead on blown cylinders. They’re doing their best. A negative review or a bad attitude makes their day worse. We’re all humans, give them a smile and peace. We all face hardship.

Nasty tables. Nasty bathroom. Slow service. Cold coffee. Mountain Dew only carbonated water. Owner, how can you respond to all these comments but not fix the problem? Do you not care?

I ordered the steak “medium rare” and eggs with a side of steamed broccoli, the broccoli looks like was picked up from the garbage and taste like re warmed in the microwave, the steak was paper thin and well over done, the waitress was very attentive, I explained to her the issues and She said She will speak to the MOD(Dave) a few mins passed and She came back with my bill and stated that it’s nothing that “they” can do about it, I love IHOP but this one in Florence, damn… I should had read the reviews before driving 20 mins to eat here, 100% not recommended.

After a chat with Dave the GM about this situation He and His staff “Ebony” did everything to make it right, I’m glad they did because I love IHOP and now they have a customer back, thank you 🙏🏻

I will give this restaurant 3 start. First we had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated when there was no one in the restaurant. All employees were in lala land. Tasha was our waitress super friendly the coffee came out super fast but then she disappeared and we had to wait 15 minutes to order. The other table got theirs food before us even though we got their like 20 minutes before them. Anyways I was just passing by but next time will go to another restaurant for sure.

First time eating here & will be our last. Issue 1. Ordered at 6:30 set pick up for 7:15 got there wasn't ready not really a big deal only had to wait 10 minutes but that bring me to issue 2. Food was cold when we got it and they weren't even busy at the time. Issue 3. Got home started opening plates & realized we were missing 3 of our items. Honestly it wasn't even that good either. Everyone has different expectations so some bad experiences and some good. We definitely should have listened to the ones that had the bad.
