The waiting staff are still great and very sweet but the place has come down for sure, you feel ignored since the minute you ask for a table, then the kitchen takes forever to prepare your food. The portions were smaller than before and the flavor was not there, not even the pancakes were good Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The Colorado omelette is hands down the best item on the menu. Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it left me craving more. It comes with a side, and for that, we chose pancakes, which were just perfect! While the chicken biscuit was decent, I found myself leaning towards the omelettes. Overall, if you're a fan of hearty omelettes, pancakes, a good cup of coffee, and generous portion sizes, IHOP is the best place for you! Haven't been in a long time. So was very excited to go. Was informed there was a 15 min wait. That turned into 45min to an hour. Got seated but was put next to two big family eating with kids. Which normally wouldn't be a problem if the whole place was full but there was a whole corner of tables that had nobody over there. Would much rather been sat over there. Food was great. Came out in a timely fashion, so that's a plus. Very tasty as always. Even learned that they have take out or pick up. Which I didn't know! Very happy to learn. Overall good experience. Went for dinner and the waitress seated us and told us she was the only waitress so we were understanding. She took our drink orders and disappeared. I realized she seemed to be at the front again but there were other workers up there. Kept waiting. Then she’s talking to a girl that didn’t work there and was lingering around the kitchen. No mind of our drinks or coming back for the orders. We finally got up to leave and on the way out she blatantly laughed at us. Very rude. No meal. Really disappointed as I usually like this place. I came again after they gave me a coupon for a recent one-star visit. The service was fine this time, though the wait staff seemed confused on who was supposed to be waiting on me. My T-bone steak was cooked to the correct temperature, but there was no sear or crust on it. Shame for a $17 steak. The sides and drink were fine. I appreciate them trying to make it right, but I won’t be coming back. The food wasn’t anything special, but at least it wasn’t bad. Overpriced at worst. Pot roast meal I received. Assistant Manager claims it is fresh and in “perfect” condition. I’ll let you be the judge. Dry, no gravy as advertised and looks like it’s been sitting up long time. It smells even worse than it looks. Trust me. Gave to my Cane Corso. So at least it didn’t go to waste. The crepes were tasty though.
