Brandi was our server tonight and she was amazing. Very attentive, smiley, kind and apologetic. Why was she apologizing? The woman who was working with her, was clearly picking on her. Wouldn't even tell Brandi she had tables everytime she sat her. She did it to us and I saw her do it with another table. She was constantly glaring at Brandi and all I saw was Brandi doing her job. Very well may I add. I can't stand it when someone is sly with their comments or their side ways looks. Brandi, thank you for giving us a great experience despite your work atmosphere. The food was very good! Brandi was the best server I've ever had here. She was friendly and welcoming, and she really made the experience pop! I appreciated her kindness and hospitality a lot :) I would come back just for her! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My boyfriend and I came in pretty late (for us anyway) and had the best waitress I’ve had in a long while. Within 10 minutes of being seated you could tell she was putting in more than her fair share of work to help other customers and clean up after ones who had already left while others stood and watched her from the kitchen. She was very kind to all of her customers we actually watched her offer to help take photos for memories of a small girls birthday a few booths ahead of us. She was quick to get out drink orders and have them out, along with our food order which was out after 20 minutes of being seated (food was great by the way) and not once did we have to look for our waitress. She was constantly on the move getting things done and checking in. To our amazing waitress Mandee , thank you so much for the amazing service and a great conversation! Service was horrible. 1. The server with pink hair looked like she was on something, she kept stumbling over her words and almost looked like she was going to fall over. 2. She messed up all of our orders, she gave my sister and my daughter the wrong order and she forgot to send my order so after waiting 30 minutes for food, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food since she realized she forgot it. 3. She charged my 2 and a half year old a full size adult breakfast when I clearly asked for a kids size. The manager was so gracious enough to comp my food since it took so long. We also sat close to the kitchen so I kept hearing the servers and cooks yell at each other, that was fun. On the plus side, the food was good when it came out. Me and a few work buddy's was in there tonight. We waited about 15 mins to be seated. It was a full house. Our server set us but did not take our drink order or food order for an hour. But another lady Katie was checking on all the tables very sweet girl. She asked how everything was and we expressed to her our concerns. She immediately got our food, and Drinks Made sure everything was correct and then she apologized for everything. We made sure she got a tip! You need to get rid of the one server and hire better ones. If it was not for the other young lady we would have left. Katie was cleaning tables, taking out food, seating people all while our original server was complaining, saying she wasn't supposed to be there ,other things that was inappropriate and running around lost. At one point we didn't even see our original server for about 20 mins. She left all of her other tables unattended. While the other girls took care of them ! Ihop has so much potential! The kitchen obviously got hammered and was not able to handle the business. Online orders took over the place. In house business should always come first in this kind of restaurant. Mandee and JJ were amazing!! They kept their cool communicated with all of us about how things were going and then 1.5 hours later provided excellent service with a great attitude!!!
