Ugh!! We always look forward to breakfast at iHop. It’s a little bit of the USA here in Tuxtla but we are always disappointed. Today the French toast was almost cold! And the egg and cheese burrito was a challenge to find the cheese in amongst almost raw shredded potato! The servers don’t seem to care about what they are serving. We WON’T be coming back.

The atmosphere of the place is somewhat suffocating and as there are always a lot of people, the waiters are very busy and I understand it, however the day I went to eat I ordered my food and my family too, for some reason the girl who served me didn't even give me not even cutlery and when he brought the food he did not bring what I asked for, I asked him and he told me that it would take a while but in fact, I had to wait an hour. The place is nice and although the service that day was not good, I also think that perhaps they had a busy day since it was a Saturday morning, in the same way, the food was not the best either, I did not finish it because it tasted strange :c but that's all

It is IHop as IHop should be, good presentation on the plates, very dry pancakes and friendly staff, i found this place to be a bit disorganized and very noisy. The consistency of IHop throughout Mexico is noteworthy. Everywhere you go the food is the same. That speaks of good management and product protection. Very clean and nice place. Food was awesome and staff were attentive. Apple Pay works! Just let the staff know you want to use it.
