Half servings for both my fries were disappointing. One of our 3 burgers were also incorrect. Asked for a double single and got a double meat (no cheese). It wasn’t even busy— Wednesday evening at approximately 9PM. It is what it is. But I’ve worked at In-N-Out 9 years ago, and this is quite simply unacceptable. Something expected from lower quality places, but not my favorite fast food spot. Same as other locations long line in store or drive through. I parked and ordered inside as it's faster than waiting in line in the drive thru. The taste is great and the ingredients are fresh. $6 for a double double or about $9 for a meal. In N out burger Pleasanton Is my favorite in the tri valley area. I usually order the double double cheeseburger meal. The service here Is very good I like that they nicely take your order and do their best to prepare the order without waiting too long. The weekends do get very busy, sometimes the drive through Is a hassle. Overall they do a good job keeping the restaurant clean and friendly.
