Store is great, people are great. Only issue I had was I bought a MVP vape mod box and on day 2 the fire button got stuck. Removed the battery to get it to shut off. When I put batteries back in (that were full charge) it told me low battery. They exchanged that one for a different color (although I preferred my pink over the black especially with my tank and mouth piece, this wasn’t a big deal). Wasn’t even 100 puffs into the new black one and the same thing happened. I called them and she advised me that she was able to get my old one to work again via unsticking the button and replacing batteries and that they’ve sold hundreds of these without having this issue. I did as she instructed on my black one and we are back to working. Great customer service and selections, I’m just disappointed at the vape mod in general. For brand new vapes, I don’t think the button should be sticking and me having to constantly get it unstuck again while it’s just trying to fire away until I disconnect power. Again, great staff and great place

Didn't have what I wanted. I wasn't being picky I just wanted a coil for my Mod and out of your 5000 products you didn't have that 1 coil. So there's that. Vape 100 had it though. Thank you 😊 I posted pictures of the 1 item that you didn't have so maybe your next response will be We have 5,001 products 😉

Great looking store for the space they have to work with! Very friendly staff with extensive knowledge and understanding of the products they carry and quick to recommend things if you have preferences. Will definitely continue to shop here.
