My cousin and I stopped by last Saturday night.We sat at a table, in hopes of being greeted with a menu and asked about drink options. We sat for about 15 minutes, as we watched a basketball game that was playing on the screen. The bartender/waiter walked by us a minimum of 4 times as we just sat. Not one time did she acknowledge us. At that point, I was quickly able to tell that the customer service was horrible. I was a little disappointed because I really wanted to give this place a chance. I wouldn’t return if they gave out free drinks. Btw, 1 star was too many. Hire attentive staff because you’re losing money not doing so. Service: 1

Spent $60 on 2 Rasta pasta dinners rice & Mac, I was excited to try the food here. I picked up my order to go, got home & the Rasta pasta taste spoiled, unfortunately we had to throw all of the food away. Looks like a great place to vibe however maybe the pasta is old or & cooked with spoiled cream, it’s not traditional Rasta pasta it’s pasta with broccoli, cauliflower & carrots. I see a lot of great reviews however $60 went to waste.

This was our 3rd time here, but first time dining in. The Jerk chicken and the Oxtails are delicious, and the drinks outstanding. The owner has a nice demeanor, the music was great, and the restaurant so clean. We cant wait to go back. Service Dine in Price per person $30–50

I really wanted to live this place but they’re very inconsistent. The food is great depending on when you go. I ordered oxtail & rice and peas on a Sunday and it was AMAZING. Ordered it again on Wednesday and it was horrible. But I wrote this review because of the lack of empathy and customer service. I ordered their Caribbean Pasta with chicken and shrimp tonight, I was charged $6.00 extra for a side of chicken which is completely fine. However, I’m eating, the food great but I notice that there’s only shrimp. I start sifting through the meal and find 1 bite size piece of chicken. I call and I speak to Greg who could care less that I was charged extra for practically nothing and told me he’s not the cook. He didn’t apologize, did not offer to accommodate me in anyway, simply just nasty. For that reason, I will refrain from supporting this business going forward. A simply apology for the inconvenience would have sufficed.
