This was our first time visiting and it definitely will not be our last! The space was smaller then expected but very cozy. The food was delicious. The top dishes we loved was Spicy Pesto Mussels, Ricotta Gnocchi and the Burrata Ravioli. Oh and my son LOVED his Chicken Fingers and fries! It was my daughter's birthday and we brought in a cake and we loved how the staff came out and helped us sing Happy Birthday! Overall the food was delicious and we will be back! Went to brunch at the Bay Shore location and can’t say enough about this place. The ambiance is really nice and food/drinks are AMAZING! Chef William is very talented and creates the most delicious food! Some of the things we had were the ITA brunch board, steak and eggs, chicken and waffles, rainbow waffles, pistachios cheesecake, and fried Oreo! This restaurant is a great place to try. We decided to come here for my sister in law’s birthday, who was in town from Georgia. The host was very gracious in accommodating an additional guest that was added on last minute., making us a party of 11 for our 9pm reservation. Table side mozzarella is a must!!! The chicken bowl was ok, I personally won’t be getting it again, but the fired mozzarella cheese crown was everything and is also a must. We all enjoyed the food and the service was A+ with the exception that they forgot to give us my sons meal (which he said was scrumptious crowned Mac & cheese) which was sent to be packed up so he could have it for lunch the next day because it was too much for him to eat it all that late at night. The food was really good, fresh. You can taste that it’s not frozen and then re heated so this makes it a true restaurant. We sat outside. It’s really nice and romantic in the back we enjoyed it. Fantastic food. A little loud but you get used to it. Don't get appetizers and an entree unless you plan on eating it the next day. The portions are quite sizable. Tableside fresh mozzarella is an experience to behold. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

ITA Kitchen is home away from home! The second we walked in, our server Anthony made us comfortable! They have delicious seasonal drinks including a gingerbread Moscow mule (see picture). The table side mozzarella is a must order along with the Jules’ Carrozza and the cannoli crumb cake!! They also have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options! Me and my boyfriend came here to celebrate Valentine’s day, we were very excited because we have heard great things from people we know and people we follow on social media. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from the beginning. We were seated in separate area outside of the restaurant and it was very crowded. The tables and chairs were metal, felt like cheap patio furniture. We ordered the fried calamari, it was so chewy and rubbery that my boyfriend and I did something we have never done at any restaurant before, sent it back to the kitchen. Our server was nice enough to take it off the bill because we couldn’t even finish it. It did not taste fresh, it tasted like they threw frozen calamari in the microwave. Overall ITA has great food and good atmosphere 👌 the unfortunate part is the service was terrible. To start with we went because of their Instagram viral video and we arrived for a 545 reservation we ordered at 610 now the reason im precise is because the waiter took our drink order and went over specials, when we tried to order the viral entree he told us oh yea not after 6pm what kind of restaurant has something popular and has a time limit of when they can serve it and no where on the menu did it mention it or the waiter! Seems to me like a money grab restaurant if you know what I mean. I'm putting 2 stars because I enjoyed the food and drinks but our waiter was impatient and rushed us, we were a party of 4 we ordered 2 appetizers 2 entrees and when we ordered he look at us like "oh only 2 entrees" after which he was just ignoring us we spent more on drinks then food and tipped 20% even though he was terrible.
