Diam disgrace.I ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and my food wasn't even cooked all the way and gave me the right order but wrong cheese . I will be complaining to corporate to make sure this doesn't happen again. I have contact corporate like they said and never got a response. They say they will message you back but they never do. Today is 9/20 and now I'm missing 2 chicken sandwiches from my order. I would of assumed they would do better but they have gotten worse. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This Jack in da crack location is hit or miss. Most of the time the employees are super friendly. Food is usually on point, but sometimes they forget stuff. I came tonight at 6:44 pm on 2/19/2024 and the cashier was Giselle on the receipt. BUTTTTTTT there was an order lady that cashed me out and handed me my food. I told her my brownie is literally STONE COLD and isn’t it supposed to be “baked”. And she said “that’s all I have”. I then told her “it’s supposed to be baked. It’s cold.” Then tried to give it back to her & she declined stating that that’s all they have… i don’t know what’s goin on but that’s not okay. COLD & HARD AS A ROCK “BAKED” Brownies.. false advertising if you ask me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
