I know that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, but that is one thing and it is quite another that we do not do the work that we need to do. Today I placed an order online as I normally do. To start in a combo that orders the order of fries, it was not even half the bag. my onion rings were not evenly cooked and were a little over cooked. My son told him at the counter that we wanted our tacos well done since this modification is not available in the app. Well it has been the worst experience in this Jack in the Box today. Typical fast food staff. Always cleaning out ice cream machine early and telling customers “the ice cream machine is down” funny it’s always down every night around the same time. Corporate can you please look into this.

Disappointed 😞...... I placed an order through the app to pick up at the counter. After walking to Jack in the box, to pick up my order the location was locked and no one was even answering the drive-thru. It did appear as if workers were inside but no one would answer the phone or come to the door after knocking. I proceeded to go on the app and ask for a refund but the order had already been completed as if the location was open and I picked up my order. I requested a refund stating the situation as the app instructed. Then waited 3 business days no response, again I placed another request for refund through the app, but never heard anything back. So after 10 business days I reached out to corporate headquarters and finally Hector Garcia the regional manager for this location contacted me. But the nonchalant and condescending position he displayed was disheartening. After all options were exhausted my only recourse was to contact headquarters, over a matter that seems so small (under $20) you would think that Jack in the Box would not think anything of it. But the response of the regional manager and lack of professionalism is that I should be grateful that he is going above and beyond to just give me a refund of what I paid almost a month ago now. So, this review having not been able to get ahold of anybody is just to make everyone aware and hopefully the corporate office will see this the training and customer service needs to be placed in a much higher regard and retraining on customer service needs to happen. So anyone and everyone who reads this review make sure you give Hector a shout out when you go to the store and maybe he'll get better with his customer service. Pulled up at 5:25am worker was polite and took my order. Food came out in a few minutes fresh and tasty. Other Jacks should follow by their example. A1 Service. Workers Should be promoted FYI Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was good for what it is. I had to take mine to go because the restaurant smelled like the bathrooms had a sewage leak. It's been a while; and I haven't miss anything. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a yalue fry after being on the road for 5 hours at 3am. The food was liked old triple dip in grease with 30 seconds in the microwave. It want fresh as I see the associate place it on the counter as I drove up. I was Treated to the worse jack in the Crack meal s ever. With inflation it cost me 2 gallons in gas. The midnight munchies deserves better treatment...
