This place is good but they sometimes mess up a order. This place has the best burgers and fries. This place has good breakfast and lunch/dinner. I remember the first tike I came Here and once I took a bite I was like "bro this is so goooood" and then once I get out of school I walk to this exact jack and get a the #6. I remember coming here when I was still in high school so I have very fond memories. I recently came and they are doing much better in service and food. I remember one time back then, the lady in the register must of had a bad day because she was very noticeably annoyed, but I understand how days can be. Yo this joint is so good. The guy here hooks it up every now and then. He provides the most excellent customer service out of everyone in that place. Other than that the food here tastes bomb when he on the night shift. I don’t know what he be doing back there spicing it up or adding his own like secret signature. 10 out of 10 would come back.

Im truly pissed... im a loyal customer here cause i work in the plant near by... today i was treated rude and only needed 1 penny to complete my order... usually the manager is there but she wasnt... never again

Bring the old soda fountains back ! And make sweet tea the proper way, by hand again Please. If someone asks for a fresh taco , make it to their order. If you hate your job find another company to work for … don’t ask people if they want any sauces and then when they get to the drive thru window tell them it costs money to buy ranches now .. do better and be happy doing your job Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered egg rolls only to get home and find stuffed jalapenos. To late to go back. Ruined everyone's meal. Had to break down other meals to compensate for their mistake. Manager and general manager refused to make it right. Reached out to corporate but never heard back. Customers service is gone at JACKn A Box!!! Lost regularly customer over 30 dollar meal replacement. And they make you wait in the front to appear to fast to their numbers per customer at drive through bad all the way around.... I ordered 10 tacos and a Sourdough Jack but my Sourdough Jack was as cold as the tomatoes even the curly fries from cold and I live less than 10 minutes away from there I called and talked to Valerie and she didn't even offer anything she act like she didn't know what to say this place is trash on top of that my $9 combo look like a $1.99 Burger
