Clients don't like tacos and lemonade at this fast food. Jack in the Box is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As a lot of visitors state, the atmosphere is peaceful. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger meal. Got home only to find that there was only 1 piece of bacon, but was going to eat it anyway. Took one bite and it turned my stomach. The beef patties tasted off like it had been kept off temperature before being cooked. I returned to the store and explained what was wrong and asked for a refund. Received refund for the burger only. Didn't receive an apology. Went back home, fries(curly) were now cold and the sprite tasted bad too (my wife confirmed it was nasty). Great location. To bad the people there can't get an order right or make food quickly. Worst Jack in the Crack experience I've ever had. Tell me to pull around and there's noone behind me, then get my sandwich wrong... piss poor experience all around. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I come here only because it’s the closest to my home. And to think I only come in a handful of times and each time the service is rude and disrespectful. They always make you wait for your food and it’s unclear what kind of service they give. One employee wants to be respectful and give drinks and ( she looks to be the general manager or supervisor) the lady comes in rude and says to go wait out in the front. They never seem to be able to hear me at the speaker box when I’m basically yelling or they out of ingredients and can’t complete my order. The drive through person ( is different from who’s on the speaker box) and they always try to help me and they’re always respectful but whoever is shift lead/ manger on duty is almost 100% rude every single visit. For the price it isn’t worth visiting this location especially if people are in the customer service business and clearly lack the attitude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great job ya’ll, the chicken sandwich rocks. My order was accurate to the number of ketchup packets! Thank you for using technology. Only feedback I have is I think it’s time for a face lift. I visited the drive thru on my visit. Although the employees and food were amazing, my order ended up being wrong on one of the items. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and when I got home to eat, I found a small round breaded chicken patty sandwich in place of the grilled chicken. I ate the sandwich that was given, and it tasted fine, but it's not what I paid for or wanted at the time. I did not have a large order, and the resteraunt was seemingly not busy as the parking lot and drive thru were both empty when I arrived to order my food. Please focus and get the orders right, but keep up the good work on the food and friendliness of the staff. Visited this location to get the Sourdough Jack I’d been wanting all day. I order, get to the window, pay and am told to park in front. When asked why, I was told that all the food is cooked fresh and this is to avoid the window running timer. It's fast food.. BUT! The kids are helpful and the food is hot. They didn't struggle with counting change (OMG REAL PAPER MONEY - GAHGROSS) so its a win for me Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Do not order uber eats through this jack in the box. I order 4 tacos and a Jr. Bacon cheese burger. I did not receive any of my tacos and my cheese burger didn't even have cheese on it. I've tried calling several times and just keep getting a busy signal. Ridiculous.

Once in a while I’ll stop by Jack in the box before work, especially if I know a good crew works on Sunday evening at the east Main Street location across from Kroger in League City. I order the classic staples there like the standard two tacos or as tonight goes 1 Jumbo Jack by itself. It’s all I need to feel full enough before labor. And a nice amount of protein which helps my body perform to the max while sweating. The box it came in on one side described the burger perfectly. Labeled as Juicy and it was perfect too. You know it’s good and hot then, when a tomato falls out on your workshirt and leaves behind a stain which doesn’t matter after an hour of sweating profusely. Yes, that good so the grill cook is doing it right here and I’m glad to know it because I’m tired of going to Burger King and getting the Whopper dry with absolutely no taste. This patty here was seasoned right and had superb flavor. There are certain things like burgers that require tasting somewhat greasy but juicy is a much better description and it even sounds better with flavor! Best $2.89 I spent all day.
