Many visitors come here to enjoy perfectly cooked chicken, hamburgers and fish. The staff is attentive that's what makes this fast food so nice. Prompt service is something guests agree upon here. Numerous clients claim that prices are moderate. Most of the time, the lovely atmosphere is to be found here. But a number of people who use Google didn't give Jack in the Box a high rating.

Jack in the Box has been pretty constant in my life! So it has a value of nostalgia as well as becoming a comfort food. When I was young, talking to the clown kiosk was always a treat! It was also one of the only drive thru places open after a night out. The standard 4 regular tacos was usually a go-to. I do vary my order sometimes and try the latest special as well as seasonal items. But I can always count on the regular tacos to be the same as I always remember! This review has nothing to do with this establishment’s food, service or atmosphere. It has all to do with the complete lack of proper respect shown for the American Flag flown outside their front door. It is tattered, stained and faded. Has been for a long, long time. Why is it that way? Simply, the lanyard is broken and the flag can’t be lowered. I have never eaten there because I fear that establishments which lack pride in an honored American symbol outside their front door might also lack pride and quality in the product they serve. This is a management issue and likely not a reflection on the people who work there. Fix the flag and I’ll be happy to bring my business. Otherwise I’ll pass on by.

I ordered a Sourdough Jack combo and when it was ready I expected to get up and get it. When my order was ready one of the ladies brought it to me so that I didn't have to get up for it. It was unexpected but appreciated. The food was very good and the employees took good care of me. Thanks 😊 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was there on Monday 28th, i was so devastated seeing 1 person doing everything, taking orders, cooking the food, taking money from customers when they pay, this is unacceptable i asked for the name of the manager and i was told she's called Laura, well Laura u need to do something and hire more employees that was so unfair to see one employee working so hard, she looked frustrated and cars were backed up. Please fix this issue asap or else you will lose alot of customers!! This a management problem!! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Guess they aren’t concerned about flying such a tattered American flag! I stopped by and spoke to the manager. She reported a new flag had been previously requested. Hurts my heart to see such disrespect. There are several local stores that sell American Flags, so no excuse. At least stop flying this one! Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive thru on 07/06 at around 1:30 pm and received amazing service from the two ladies working the window. They were so friendly. It was my first time going to this location since there is one closer to my home, but I am considering making the extra drive to this location from now on in the future. Ok it’s JITB so don’t get too excited. This location is pretty well kept up and clean. The front of parking lot floods when it rains but besides that it a nice location. Now for the food well prepare to have it live up to your expectations. Come on it’s JITB and it’s designed for 2am drunk runs and it’s still the best for that. Prices have crept up over the years like the 99 cent tacos are now $1.69 but they are still greasy as always, thankfully some things never change. Next late night drunk Uber ride home have them swing by and grab a bite… you’ll definitely regret it in the morning. Burrito mostly old egg fell apart in my car spilling egg everywhere, tortilla not rolled tight, no cheese. For $2 less, mcdonald's or taco truck would be better.

Not a Big Jack in the Box fan so not sure that this is fair but was disappointed with our food and the lady at the drive through which very difficult to understand I feel like it took twice as long to take our order and out order was wrong

Went there and got egg rolls and a chicken sandwich they asked me what sauce I wanted they gave me the sauce and my food then a very rude lady, I’m assuming the manager came out of nowhere and demanded 27 cents for the sauce which they had already given to me so I just gave the sauce back because she was so rude and I was not going to give her the time out of my day because she was clearly looking for a fight. I think management needs to be looked into because the other employees were nice to me as I was to them.
