This is the driest sour dough jack I have ever had in my life! Plus the bread taste stell. The restaurant is filthy! The soda fountain is disgusting! Syrup on the fountain and on the floor near it. The floor is sticky! Eww!! I'll never come back in here! There's finger sticky dirt finger prints on everything! The door. The handles, the counter tops, the seats and the fountain. Do they ever clean up in there? I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'll just cross this location off my list.

This location is pretty decent most of the time. However it is closed right now and Google says my temporary closure cannot be verified. It looks like there was a fire or something. It says the location is open, so good luck on getting the construction crew to make your order.
This isn't my first time going to this specific jack in the box, but the service was absolutely awful this time round. No one was at the cashier for 10 minutes and from what I could see, there was only 1 or 2 guys working on the food. Then when a different customer began to complain about their food, the manager came out attended said customer and then got to the cashier. When she got there, there was a slight language barrier, but I thought that the order was fine when she (the manager) repeated it back. That was, until I saw my receipt that said side salad. Even if I specifically requested garden salad. The thing is, I didn't want them to feel even more stressed because the employees that were working were overwhelmed, but the incompetent ones couldn't be fired because they were understaffed. There is a lack of a well rounded staff as the employees I saw there were mostly cooks. Once it got busy, I saw 2 or 3 other employees walk out, and they started doing there job as they should've been doing before the rush of people came in. The only reason I stayed was because it was my loss if I left since I already paid. However, the people that were still waiting for a cashier to come (the manager didn't stay as a cashier for long) left as the service was slow. I spent a total of 35 minutes waiting for a side salad, teriyaki bowl combo, and a breakfast platter. There was no ice in the vending machine and the sodas were warm. They had ice in the back though, but we had to ask for it. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because I know that not every shift preforms this poorly. Every shift should be able to perform at a competent level in order to satisfy the needs of customers. I recommend a more well rounded staff in order to prevent something like this from happen again.

Ordered a salad and this is how much of the greens were bad. I looked and picked it out first before eating the rest. The workers need to inspect the lettuce.
