Usually the food is decent here, but the night crew drops the ball each time. Ordered two spicy chicken wraps and two tacos. The chicken was completely dry and hard as a rocks. Both tacos where old and the shells were very stale. 8 bucks down the drain and no receipt given.

I came to this location and there was two workers, a man working the back (with no hairnet, and possibly no gloves) and a very rude middle aged lady. When the lady was taking my order she sighed and hesitated taking my order. It was 4 wraps a fry and tacos. Tried to order a regular vanilla shake and she told me the machine is being cleaned out. You would think that’s not much for a group of four but to her it was as I could tell from the amount of times she was sighing. Came up to the window and she continued to be rude and YELL about her issues of not having an extra crew member for graveyard shift. Also waited 20 minutes to receive the food from the guy in the back. (Not her) the guy was actually polite surprisingly. My bill also totaled out to 31.23. I gave her one 20 dollar bill and told her that the rest would go on my card. She grabbed the money right away and then gave me 8.77 in change! I told her that’s wrong I shouldn’t have change I should still owe. Looked at the receipt and it shows I paid 40. I told her it was a mistake and then instead of her fixing the issue she said she would pay the difference. If the management is missing money from their drawers I wouldn’t put it past this lady. (Also for those who may be thinking she paid the difference to be nice after yelling and being rude while taking my order. I seriously doubt it. After this money issue she was still yelling and slamming her hands on the counter top worse then a 5 year old having a temper tantrum.) I offered right away to pay the rest of the amount and she didn’t take it. Come home and my tacos also have hair inside the cup. If I see this lady here again I will be giving a complainant and giving her a piece of my mind if she is rude to me like this again. I read the past reviews and a lot seem related to this lady working grave yard shifts.

Prices have skyrocketed for what the food is.... You can literally go to a local restaurant and have a way better meal for the same price as this fast food joint. Even the late night munchie meal went from $6 to $11 and maintains the same poor quality.
For fast food, I'll just go to In-N-Out for half the price and get cooked to order food. I'd rather drive further to support a business that maintains its quality, pays good wages, and maintains reasonable prices.

I ordered what would be my dinner just before 9pm a few days ago. When I ate my burger the edges were hard and crunchy and it was very dry like it had been sitting a out for a while until someone ordred it! The following day, I got very sick with a stomach ache, etc. and I am still not feeling right two days later. While I hate to write a negative review, this should serve to correct the deficiencies this particular location is lacking on. Proper sanitation and food handling training should be held on a regular basis because obviously, this is not happening! I hope the manager reads this and takes action!

I went through the drive thru at almost 9pm becuase I was really craving good good sauce. I asked the guy at the window if I could have like 2 handfuls(if that was allowed) and he said absolutely. As my order was getting prepared he said I must really like it, so I mentioned it was the main reason I was there, to which he responds "I'll get you as much as I can"
Just a couple minutes later he hands me a bag filled to the brim with good good sauce, I was left absolutely speechless and could not stop thanking them all!
This location specifically is now my sworn go to place whenever I need a pick me up. If you're that guy reading this, you deserve the world, thank you for the extra sauce.

30 minutes we waited for food as we watch the drive thru steadily move. I guess us guests in the dining room don't matter. Got a refund n moved on. Burger King is just across the street with flame broiled goodness.

This location needs to get hit with an under cover boss. INSANE how long orders take and the quality of food we get. For some reason, this specific location and it’s a new one at that, has by far the worst customer service and care for their jobs/customers. If there is multiple complaints of similar issues, clearly management there is failing the Jack in the Box business and it’s going to continue to suffer. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK to this location 😬!

Honestly I wish I could give this place less than one, and I don’t even write reviews. But holy sh you guys have some of the most incompetent people working for you. We stopped by here yesterday at around 5pm. A guy had been waiting for his food for over 40 minutes, telling us we were gonna waste our time here. Mind you, we were the only ones inside and there was only one car in the drive thru. Tall, African American worker came to him with his food, threw it onto the counter and it wasn’t even everything the guy had ordered. So he stormed out without anything. That’s when someone finally noticed us wanting to order. When I asked how long an order would take to make (since I didn’t want to be there for over 40 minutes either) to the short lady working the counter, she looked back at her tall coworker, rolled her eyes, snickered with one another, and then said “a long time.” Like? You’re grown adults, if you don’t want to be there why are you there lol. I mean easy money for you guys since you don’t do anything and still get paid. Anyway hire some people who can at least read an order and people who seemed at least educated in common manners.

This is quite literally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in terms of customer service and efficiency. If going any time in the evening, no matter how long or short the line is, expect to wait a VERY long time. Staff seems miserable and over worked.
I work nearby and get off very late, with Jack in the box being one of the only places open I have given them several ‘benefits of the doubt’ and yet nothing changes. Very unfortunate.

one employee on the overnight shift is rude. messed up my friends order. then when asked to remake it the right way, she said sure and then came out and handed the new bag to my friend and said "you're welcome" in a snarky tone. also she took her shirt off and all of the employees came outside to smoke cigarettes next to us. honestly for a 24 hr drive thru location, the employees are really bringing up business by the things i have listed above.
