You can order good mini tacos, sausages and bacon. Clients don't highly appreciate milkshakes at this fast food. The staff is said to be cool here. Most people mark that the service is decent. Prices here are reported to be reasonable. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is spectacular. Traveling cross country and decided to try Jack in the Box for breakfast. I tried the Breakfast Platter. The food was similar in taste to other Fast Food places, but wasn't on a biscuit or English muffin. That was a nice relief from the other quick breakfasts I had on the trip. Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 4 breakfast bagels and asked for sausage on them and then got home and my bagels had no sausage. I called to make a complaint and the lady said to come back through and she'll charge me for the sausage that I asked for in the first place. So I have to come all the way back because the worker couldn't get my order right the first time and then get charged for their mess up? No thanks. I feel like the customer service there is terrible, you don't get smiles or anything just give you my money and get out out of here is how I feel I got treated. Nice young man in the drive through today. Very pleased with his customer service and his kind smile. Good for you young man. You make the restaurant a good place to come thru for a quick bite. Food was good and order was 💯. 5 stars. 11/30 around 4pm. Didn't get his name but he should be recognized for the wonderful drive thru service.. Burley Idaho store. Food: 5 Service: 5

Complete idiots working there. Just a bunch of kids who have no respect or values. Their food is never fresh and their "manager" is a kid with zero problem solving skills... Surprised they're still in business

The food was good. The service was great. The tables were all dirty, and no one was in the lobby. We were able to find one of the tables with the least amount of crumbs. We went about an hour before the dinner crowd would be coming in.
