Jack in the Box location on Pines Rd, has the best employees!👍🏻 At least they did a few months ago.. I know that recently two of my favorite employees of theirs have moved away 😩 but there's still a few good ones remaining, & every time I return, I'm always greeted promptly & kindly, & treated with respect & leave the drive thru with a dorky smile on my face.🤓 Now that's good stuff! Plus I've never had a complaint with their food, either. I don't usually get as puffy of tacos as I've shown in my "Jack in the box tacos" photos that I posted on here, though..😞 *----------------------* Believe it or not; those big beautiful puffy DELICIOUS tacos🌮 / photos were from sometime over the Summer of 2023, made by the night-shift on Broadway Ave & Sullevin location! I was HIGHLY impressed that night by that dood employee!!! Too bad I haven't seen him there since...😩 SOOPER tragic because those were thee #1 BEST tacos 🌮 I've EVERRRR had from a Jack in the box in my entire life, hands down!!!❤️ Speaking of which....: Every time I've been to Jack in the box located on Broadway Ave. & Sullevin Rd. in Spokane Valley, I'm always sadly disappointed with their customer service..;; As a Door-Dasher, I am told my customer's order will take around 10 minutes EVERY single time I've EVER dashed there at nighttime, & they make me pull thru & drive my car around to the front of the building, park outside of their front doors, turn off my car, & wait for the order (that was ALREADY previously ordered thru the Dasher App probably a good half hour before My arrival as it is...😣.) I've ended up waiting around at least 10min before I get my customer's order in hand...😬 ((As a Dasher, waiting for longer than a few minutes is VERY frustrating & VERY much a Giant waste of time... time⌚ is LITERALLY money💰 for us Dashers...)) BUT at least the food turns out alright most of the time.👍🏻 Gotta give credit there at least for sure. *--------------------* 👎🏻Complaint story about the Broadway Ave & Sullevin Rd. Location:::👎🏻 I am a door dasher.; A few months back, I literally got chewed out by an older gal 'manager' for trying to pick up my door dash order in the drive thru, when their lobby was still open (before 10pm). I had *NO* idea that us Dashers are 'not allowed' to use the drive thru window until AFTER their lobby is closed for the night, let alone that their lobby doesn't even close until 10pm...I figured it was already closed for the night since it was almost 9pm. So I got it hammered into my brain🧠 by this "manager lady" for a solid few minutes straight of a long, tedious, & ridiculous lecture... I'm a full grown adult in my 30's... This was NOT fun for me to sit thru whatsoever... So I finally replied to her; "well I normally ONLY dash at nighttime after 10pm, so I wouldn't exactly know this information, now would i....? it's also Not written in the Dasher app ANYWHERE that your lobby closes at 10pm, & it is 8:45pm right now, so I thought your lobby was Already closed..I had NO idea I'm 'not allowed' to use the drive thru until after 10pm... So maybe you should be telling day-dashers this information, & not JUST Me, when I normally Only dash at nighttime as it is... But thanks now I definitely am aware of this & certainly WONT forget for next time👍🏻 that's for darn sure...." After her lecturing me for minutes on end, holding up the line & my customer's order, just to make sure she rudely repeats the info to me several times in a row....... Yeah I definitely won't forget this next time. LOBBY DOESNT CLOSE UNTIL 10pm. GOT IT.👍🏻 At least I can assure her that I won't be forgetting that any time soon.... 😣😣! Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes with absolutely zero acknowledgement. Staff there looks like they don't even want to be there and are somewhat rude. They certainly don't know what extra pickles means. If I were management I would have a long chat with the night shift... Well folks always said certain things aren't for everybody in awhile this happens not to be for me maybe for others but I just don't like this place it's very slow service and very rude staff and they stuff are young and just in a whole different mindset focused on outside of work ethics more so than dedicated to proper customer service and food service... The drive-through takes forever I mean literally longer than 30 minutes there's nothing worse than overcooked and nine times out of ten that's what one get when choosing this jack in the box to eat.. and that they have drink carriers but they fail and refused to provide them for the customers and they want to tell you the manager doesn't know how to order and keep things stocked sad but true... I love their foods. But till tonight, i dont want to go inside cuz my knee hurts so i decided to order through mobile and pick up on drive thru...being Deaf...they forced me to come inside so the drive thru is for "hearing users". Thanks for making me feel loved.... Food: 5 Service: 1

Huge kudos to the lone cook handling the Christmas Eve rush. My frustration lies not with the worker, but squarely with the manager and owner for subjecting one person to this chaos. It's unacceptable to have just one person managing everything. If you choose to operate during Christmas, be adequately staffed. This greed and lack of preparation are tormenting. Customers wait while the worker gives their all to keep things running. Shame on you, Jack in the Box. Fix your management, improve employee retention, because right now, you seem heartless and unprepared. How do you even sleep at night knowing this is happening (literally)? I have driven by this place for the last four years and always wondered about it. I finally talked to someone who said they have the best biscuits and gravy and Patty melts. So I decided to stop and eat 1 day. And now i've eaten their twice in the last two weeks. Very good, very friendly people. And just down the street from my home. Went in during the night shift and service was horrible. The soda machine was out of every soda. I stood at the counter trying to get help to let them know it was out and to get our drinks filled. All the employees ignored us and were on their phones. We waited for about 30 mins to get our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru. Last week I posted a positive review. Not today. Today I ordered through Doordash, and Jack in the Box forgot to include one meal in the two meals I ordered. It was mine that was missing, which was a breakfast sandwich meal. The coffee was there, but not the sandwich or hash browns. The other meal was a sausage breakfast platter, for which we paid for extra eggs. There were no extra eggs, the eggs were not cooked through, and there was no sausage. There were too teeny pieces of bacon as thin as a sheet of paper. We do not like bacon, which is why we ordered the sausage. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK WHAT PEOPLE HAVE ORDERED AND HAVE PAID FOR AND TRIPLE CHECK THAT IT IS ALL INCLUDED IN THE BAGS. We also didn't appreciate that the breakfast 'platter' was served in two bowls. Used doordash. My gf never got her salad just a chicken patty and a few curly fries. She's pregnant. Was told by the Dasher that the lady at the window was rude and slammed the window in her face. I also went there the week before to get gf and I some food. My food was over cooked and very crunchy. The dog even refused to eat it and she eats everything. Also had the same lady rude at the window slamming the window in my face. Tried to call to talk to a manager and each time the phone was busy. Stay away from here.
