We ate breakfast here before our flight. I ate the breakfast scramble with scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, potatoes and a biscuit, served with butter and jelly. My husband had a 3 egg omelete with a biscuit. Both meals were delicious and the service was very good. We were pleasantly surprised at the food, and the price, $26 for both meals, a bargain for any airport! Food wasn't terrible but unsure if the bartender intentionally under poured liquor due to management instruction or if she just didn't know how to measure drinks. When pouring liquor she kept using the 0.75 ounce side of the jigger, so when someone asked for a double they effectively got 1.5 ounces - meaning they paid for a double and got a single serving. Pretty scamy especially considering airport prices for cocktails are already exorbitant at a baseline and they turn around and give you half a serving for the money you're paying. Moral of the story is don't drink here. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

I stopped in here for lunch before my flight. The staff was pleasant and attentive. My food arrived speedily, which I appreciated considerably. I ordered the Southern Grill Cheese and Tomato Soup with Basil. Served on Texas Toast, the Grilled Cheese had fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, and crisp honey bourbon bacon. This was a decadent meal! The creamy, rich soup, accompanied by melted cheeses and toasty warm bread, is something I will try to recreate. I never had pimiento cheese before, so I have a lot of cooking to make up for in the North. I can easily recommend a stop-in at Jack Nicklaus's Golden Bear Grill at the Charleston Airport. We visited during a Monday mid day and the wait was a tad bit long but understandable. The wait staff feverishly sought out small parties to sit them. That was appreciated! Once we were sat, our waitress, Ashley, was great!! She got us the drinks and food quickly. She was super busy and just needed a reminder of a couple things. Again understandable, it was super busy. I appreciate that she brought the items we requested. The food was great. We shared the Philly cheese steak and fries with margaritas and beer. All in all it was a great meal and great service.

Ate lunch there before flying home to NJ. My wife had the GBG Burger and I had the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Both were excellent as were the fries. Our server, Marco Rico Flores, was top-notch. Our orders came out hot and fast and drinks were refilled quickly. Considering it was the busy part of the lunch hour, it was a great experience. Food was BOMB, even when we asked for it to go cause our flight crept up on us. 2 beers were ice cold. Fries - amazing. The burger was actually cooked medium rare like I asked - 5 stars. The food - at 5am no less - had no right to be as good as it was. Came expecting nothing, got a legitimately delicious breakfast. Coffee was really good too. Terrible food and not as described. Grilled cheese is not grilled at all. It is dry toast. Placed a second order - eggs with cheese. It looked like a single egg - not three. No cheese. So they gave me a side of cold hard cheese. I am still starving. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
