I have never ever received such poor quality in any Jack’s food over the years until now. The top bun of the bread was so hard and flat. The beef was dry as if it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were stale and without salt. Just tell me we have to drop fries and cook fresh meat. They pay you for somewhat good customer service and that includes making sure the customer is satisfied within your duties. No one wants to pay $10 for a stale meal. I guess I would eventually come across a horrible Jacks sooner or later. Either they gave me someone else’s food from a Uber/or DoorDash order or they just have a bunch of stale food in the warmer. Either way, it sucks to receive old food that you are paying your hard earned money for. The only reason I didn't give the last star is because I had to wait on them to make some grits for my order. That took a little time, if you ever made grits, you know about how long that takes. Good filling breakfast, grits with cheese and sausage gravy on them, smoked sausage, could be a little more spicy, a extra egg, a biscuit and a side order of ham. All this, reasonably priced. Tasty and filling breakfast . Check them out. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is what I was told the Hash rounds pose to look like .and had a nasty attitude when I brought it up to them an told me if I thought I could do better I could cook my own. I had the absolute worst day at work today, and all I wanted on my way home was a milkshake. I pulled in at 9:18pm and was informed that they “already cut off the ice cream machine for the night,” even though the store is supposed to be open until 10. Really disappointed After the owner promptly responded to my complaint, I decided to give them another chance tonight, thinking that the issue may have been handled. Nope. Tonight I came an hour earlier at 8:30pm and ordered a milkshake and was rudely informed, “we don’t have milkshakes.” Why are they on the menu then???

We webt throufh the drive through and orderes our food ect. After that, we pulled around but aince we had ordered shakes they asked us to pull up a little and wait so we did. Thenthe lady behind us couldnt get to the wibdow or something and so they tried to get her to honk her horn at us to get us to move but they had told us to pull there and wait. . . Then they bring us icecream in a cup, barely seasoned fries. And burgers were right but so then he asks for the person to bring us two small things of some jacks FRY SALT my husband went i side to get it sebse we had waited almost 10 minutes for fry salt they see him and point at the coubter to small cups there with some orange sauce in it so we were like well okay then yall are ignorant. But he was so fkustered by this point we jyst left honestky id rather go to the one in oxford they are way better or talladega. Just left, Saturday 21, @ 20:11. Walked in, made it to first in line. They turned around and didn't take my order. Stood there minutes, other people came in, looked over me. I don't even wanna this I'm so mad. They helped everybody but me even though I was first at the corner and time the lady that I hadn't been helped. Needed an order to get 20 people, left empty handed. Must of been the dirty bright orange trucker shirt I was wearing. I look poor but I have plenty of money, for another restaurant I suppose. Horrible customer service. Made me feel like I wasn't good enough to eat there.

I can’t be mad because my food was fresh however it took a little while for anyone to take my order. It was lunchtime so I guess it’s to be expected. It’s clean and the employees were pleasant.
