First the positive. Our cashier was polite and friendly. The restaurant was nasty and grungy. Fecal matter on the men's bathroom walls ,paper towels over flowing in trash, none of paper products in their dispenser properly. The floors slick from to much soap in mop water. Over all just built up filth over time. This is not a random occurrence; wish corporations better policed this kinda stuff on these franchises. I am sure the kitchen is just as bad. If the employees go to the bathroom in this filth I am sure they take the same pride in the kitchen. Sadly my wife ordered before I could stop her. Food was luke warm and slung together. I usually like Jack's. This one was terrible. Service was awful, rude, slow, they were more interested in flirting with each other than doing their job. The dining room was a filthy mess. Trash overflowing from the cans and the soda fountain was out of everything but Mellow yellow. Dirty diapers on the ground in front of the door. Ridiculous. This is the nastiest jacks I've ever been to. First walked in 2 kids were sleeping at a table. My husband and I waited 5 min before they even acknowledged us . My food was good but it was unkept. Messy tables, cold food, for 10 minutes we stood @ front counter b4 our order was taken as employees walked back and forth without even acknowledging anyone, slow service, fries undone, was told they were out of ranch, but on Lukewarm fish sandwich it had Ranch not tartar sauce and cheese would not melt it was so cold. Only saw 2 employees behind counter, drive-thru line was wrapped around, besides us one other couple in the building, bathrooms both male & female were a total mess, smelled horrible & had no Soap in the female bathroom. My absolute favorite of all the local Jack's. I usually drop in for lunch before work and it's always hot and yummy. The team is amazing, working like a well-oiled machine, meaning you get your food quick! Best part is the options they have! I always recommend their gravy and biscuits for breakfast, and the Big Jack for lunch or dinner. We ordered a plain hamburger and a plain fry through the drive-thru. The order got confused or messed up so they tried to charge me $17 when it was actually 8.00 and some change. The food wasn't great, but we also ordered a plain hamburger and a plain fries so it was just sustenance on a road trip. The mistakes were fixed they weren't rude about it, because it happens, and the atmosphere was a little bit better in the drive through waiting for them to fix it because airplanes are flying over our heads as there's an airport very near. Jack's owner : I visited your store on 11/24 and read your reviews on 11/25. Based on numerous reviews, you know there are problems but are ignoring them. 1) inside the dining, order area, restroom and kitchen are disgusting 1/5 2) the workers were steadily getting the orders out 5/5 3) do better or lock the doors 4) I hope the health board gives you 55 and requires you to clean up 5) I left without ordering Disgusting Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 15 minutes for chicken fingers and the meals got last few fries not even a half of box closer to a quarter. Guess they had trouble catching the chicken because it took 15 minutes for that. Not the first,3rd actually and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has sat 30 minutes for fries last week with the other 8 cars everyone goes in and the workers are in there hollering and fighting. What a joke. Well chance #2, had to wait 20 minutes for a small mashed potato, but guess I should have learned the first time. Got in the drive thru, ordered, then waited for 30 minutes to get to the window and our food wasn’t ready. It was just a large ice water, a large Dr. Pepper, and a 3 piece snack. We have to remind the cashier what we had three times, and after the third time we were handed our food. There were 7 fries in the snack and a few looked a little dirty. It was just disappointing.
