The food is tasty and they are pretty quick with their service. They now have a self ordering kiosk which we haven't used but plan to next time. I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's not much for atmosphere. They have a few tables to sit and eat but I never used them. Mostly sit and wait. Overall they give you a decent amount of food. If you have a lot of orders they give you a box to carry your stuff out. But that was recent due to the plastic bag ban.

The people here are really nice but the food was not the best. The “fried rice” was just yellow rice and it wasn’t the best. The noodles had no flavor and the beef was extremely chewy. The shrimp was the only thing good!

Love this place! All veggies, chicken, Xtra shrimp, add onions and mushrooms! Smaaacckkin! Was glad it was still there after the quarantine /pandemic closures.

I don't think it's usually a good idea to grill raw shrimp and raw chicken right next to each other.
This place is kinda expensive for having a 8-12 year old child working the register every so often.
The food is good, but their general practices worry me.

My family and I make a point to eat here every time I'm in town from out of state. They get Teriyaki Chicken, I get Teriyaki Shrimp with fried rice and steamed vegetables. The food is always ready quickly, cooked perfectly, tastes excellent and the workers are great. You get a lot for your money. Love this place!

It's in the food court, but the food is amazing. I come here pretty often because my kids love it and it makes for a quick and delicious meal without any fuss.

Update June 2021: It's open and they are wearing masks and providing hand sanitizer. Stopped by and the same crew is filling the boxes. They even remembered me even though it's been almost 2 years since I was there last. Great service same big portions.
Food is made fresh right in front of you. Large portions, good prices. Great for carry out since it's not far from the entrance. Seating inside or in front of restaurant at the mall food court tables.

Great teriyaki spot in a dying mall. Not many places left in the small food court here. But of the ones that are sticking it out, this may be the best. They certainly have my favorite teriyaki out of all the other local establishments around here. And others must think so to as they almost always have a line of folks waiting on their food.
Little things that put them over the top for me are the crispy bits of meat off the grill. They keep it at a high temperature to sear in the flavors. Generous servings too. Add an extra portion of meat to your order and you almost can't close the lid on the container. Great flavor in their sauce too. Service is always quick and efficient.
It may be a sign of the times that they have started charging significantly more for add-ons like the little cups of Yum-Yum sauce and such. But at any rate I do hope this place out-lives the mall they are in and can secure a spot in whatever comes next.
