Fast, friendly service. Good prices, good selection of specialty coffee and non-coffee drinks. The place is small inside so outdoor dining or to go are the options.

Very friendly and fast service. The large drinks are huge. ( about 40 oz ) I had a hot French Kiss with extra vanilla. It was a very light coffee flavor. I think I will try another stronger coffee next time but I'd definitely return. There is a huge dirt lot adjacent which makes parking large vehicles very convenient.

Java Express is the best of the drive-thru coffee shops in Idaho Falls. They have a quality drip coffee, and their creative drinks have all the options: lattes, espressos, blended fruit drinks, matcha tea, chai tea, etc.
Alternative milk options like oat milk or soy milk are available, and they also have bagels and muffins.
The service is always great with smiling, friendly associates. When there are multiple cars in line, they come out to take your order to keep the flow moving.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, we get to the window and the order taker is very rude and has an attitude she kept saying “what” because she could not hear us, because the music was blasting. We asked about rewards and she said we were unable to do it even though we are spending $23 for two coffees and a muffin top. After waiting seven more minutes at the window, we see one of our drinks just sitting on the windowsill in the sun. We asked if we could have our drink and we were told very rudely by Kylee no. We said we have already paid for the two drinks and she said it is policy so our drink continue to sit there in the sun, while the other drink and muffin top got made. We were charged extra for caramel cold foam that we didn’t even get and cherry cold foam that we didn’t get. My drink was a totally wrong drink as well. I will not be back to this location and this is actually my second encounter where Kylie was extremely disrespectful and rude.

I stopped here for a quick coffee before getting on the freeway. Great location to I-15. North or South bound easy on and off. The coffee was amazing. Not bitter at all!

Love it! The taste is amazing. The price is not gouging the service is top notch. Right across from a trendy Starbucks and I choose this over starplucks every time I'm in town from Salt Lake City.

I visited from Michigan and OMG I've never tasted a coffee drink so good!The bagels were soooo good!!! My favorite drink was the white chocolate carmellow mocha hot with an extra shot of espresso 😍 love in a cup!!! We need this place in Michigan!

The Coffee here tastes like coffee. Fresh roasted and ground beans. I like my coffee plain with no gooey goop in it to cover up bad coffee like some places. Great locations at 17th and St. Clair and Broadway at the freeway.

I never know exactly what I want to order for coffee besides it being super thick n yummy!!!! I explained that to Mckynna E n let her know the milky way was catching my attention! she came back with a Super thick 32 Oz of deliciousness!!! I also asked for a 3rd shot since 1- 2 isn't always enough for me but then she said they do 4!!!!!!
