Met a friend at Jennys Bakehouse Cafe in Nicoma Park recently for lunch & treats and it was delicious! We both enjoyed the tasty special: Chicken & Dumplings with Chicken Salad on a Croissant. I chose Chocolate Cake for my dessert and glad I did - so moist and delectable! My friend got a Chocolate/Walnut Brownie and White Chocolate Pretzel Stick. The cafe is super clean & cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful with your selections. Several folks stopped in while we were there to pickup orders of cakes, cupcakes, etc. but there are always other mouthwatering goodies like cookies, brownies, cake pops, fudge, pies & more! I love Jenny's! I have known Jenny for many years and she always made her home inviting, warm, hosted anything and everything for her family and friends and this is a perfect extension of her huge heart and that hometown hospitality! She has always been the best cook and wonderful at baking and making cookies, pies, and cakes, and she's even amazing on a grill! We spent hours in her kitchen with all our kids baking cookies and cupcakes, and she even taught all her own kids how to cook, bake and find great recipes no one had tried before. She always makes the best, tasty food even down to her sandwiches. Her treats are always changing, very creative, and she keeps many
unique items in the front case. No matter what you eat there, she makes sure it always has the great homemade taste she does in her own home. That is just Jenny! Period! Cute lil place with a lot of sunflowers for decor and a warm, inviting feel!!
Jennys Bakehouse is a cute little shop with a wide variety of the most delicious desserts! The staff is kind and informative.

Have been wanting to check this cute shop out. Stopped in today and was greeted with a smile and a hello by the young woman working. I was able to chat with ,Jenny , also. You can tell she is very committed to serving quality and great customer service. I tried the peanut butter pie and the german choc cake cup. They were both very good, but the peanut butter pie stole my heart. Stop by for a cozy spot to spend time and a treat with a friend.
The staff at Jenny’s bake house are so incredibly friendly! Jenny herself if so nice and personable. She is willing to try any requests or ideas you may have. Her salted caramel bourbon pecan pie is to die for. Everything there is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from here and they exceeded all my expectations. The cake was absolutely beautiful and very delicious. I’ll never get a cake from anywhere else. Now I’ll have to go in and try one of their sandwiches too. :)
My wife ordered the chocolate cake for a birthday party and promised to bring me a piece home. She had a few struggles trying to bringing me a piece home. I'm glad she did.... it was awesome! I ordered me a 🥕 cake for my birthday 5 days from now. I hope I can give the same ratings.

When I tell you I broke my ankle running to message Jenny about this chocolate peanut butter mousse cake when she posted it in March... I AM FO REAL.
Saw this and immediately thought it would be perfect for my husbands birthday. AND IT WAS. Probably one of the best cakes I've ever had. Cake was moist, and the filling and frosting were the best tasting PB/chocolate mix ever. 10/10 would recommend her to ANYONE!!!
1st visit but definitely not the last! Picked up a couple of sandwiches to go: ALL the veggies for both sandwiches were sliced fresh as I watched (no bins of soggy pre-cut toppings here), the bread was fresh and flavorful. And fillings were perfect. The bakery case had plenty of delicious choices for dessert. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it but definitely worth a stop. Breakfast items, baked goods, coffee, floats, sandwiches and wraps. Currently open 6 days/week (check hours).
