The Chipotle Cheese steak is phenomenal! Best sub Hands down. Is made fresh and with love on top of that. The customer Service is amazing and the restaurant is clean. Employees are very talkative and works well together. I devoured this one, but i will go back, buy another and post a pick on my review. Jersey Mikes is always a 10/10 for me, all of their ingredients feel extremely fresh and I love to get mines Mike’s way. It was extremely simple to order on their app and I could pay using Apple Pay that way, which is great in a cinch. I personally order the rosemary bread and the California sub which feels like a match made in heaven, and it is always something that doesn’t leave me with that sense that you get when you eat something heavy. The pick up was great, we picked up all 3 orders and left, even got ice cream next door. Prime location, would totally go again. Manager Andrew was so friendly and understanding, my autistic child had meltdown in the middle of lunch and he burst into singing a comforting lullaby that immediately calmed him down. While this location typically does a great job, this time was pretty gross. I had a pick up order, brought it home, and found this foreign item (cotton towel??) in my sandwich. I called them to inform them. Honestly, I was pretty surprised that the reaction was almost like I was just calling to get a free sandwich. She did refund my sandwich after somewhat portraying the lack of believing me, but given that I was surprised by the response, I decided that I would prove that I was not kidding. Regardless, this was an honest mistake, but maybe JMs needs to reconsider their customer service.

I am impressed with the hard-working staff and service and product of this restaurant. I have never been here before, but I will definitely return. I had a mini number 13 original Italian sub. It was delicious! They’ve got a new customer!!

I’ve come to this location for years without any issues and tonight (12/2) was the worst service I’ve ever received. The woman helping customers took my order and never said another word, not asking if I needed additional toppings or chips/drinks. Shoved my food into a bag and rang me up. When I tried to add additional toppings while she was ringing us up and give some gentle feedback about the poor customer service she rolled her eyes and walked to the back without a response and refused to address her lack of customer service and horrendous attitude. Love there cheese steak but not the best run establishment. Went there Thurs, out of white bread, took about 10 mins for someone to ring me up. If they increased efficiency, it would be a much better experience.

I have been a returning customer for many years and throughout the time the service has always been top tier. The manager there has always been sincere about problems and remembers me, it makes me feel special going into there and seeing a familiar face. And to top it all even better is the quality of the food! My go to sandwich is a Philly cheese steak and I have never had a bad sandwich from there. I applaud you Jersey Mike's!!!
