The crew and food at this Jersey Mike's location is awesome! Here's why...from start to finish the service is outstanding. From the minute you walk in the door you're greeted by Valentino the manager with a cheery smile and so ready to take your order. They give you the Jersey Mike's Sub experience. The staff is very kind and professional. The food is always fresh and super tasty. The place is spotless clean and all I can say is keep it up guy's! The sandwiches are off the charts. Great for lunch or a quick bite to eat as well as catering if needed. By now you can tell I am a top fan and will continue to go back again.

My Husband & I came to Jersey Mike's for the first time. The one in Lebanon Pa!! We are extremely impressed! The food was extremely fresh and delicious! The employees were also extremely friendly! The line was almost out the door, and I still got served in less than 5 minutes. These guys are fast, efficient, and even made small talk while making the sandwich. They truly make the most of their time. I’m a big guy and got the mini Italian w/ jalapeño chips and a drink. Filled me up. These sandwiches are huge so don’t feel like you need to get the giant to feed your appetite. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I placed an order online thru the app, for delivery thru door dash. I realized after I submitted the order one of the sandwiches I ordered was the wrong one. I called the store and spoke to the asst manager, I think his name was Mike. He went above and beyond, and corrected the wrong sandwich before the dasher arrived to pick up the order! I appreciate this so much as this was for a co worker, not myself. I appreciate you so much! Keep up the great work! It's a solid deli style sandwiches place that honestly tastes pretty good. the only reason this is a 3 star review is price. Jersey Mike's uses Doordash as their delivery serves, it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get 2 cold cheesesteaks.After heating them up, they were very good Cheesesteaks. however when comparing cost and size to other non-franchise businesses, Jersey Mike's are half the size of other joints. I will probably have to go to the site to experience freshness, but would highly recommend against delivery. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

We typically dine in at this location once a month.. at least. They have a great staff, we've dealt with many different people and all of them have been great! The food is always excellent and fresh, not something I can say for many other places. The manager is also one of the best people you'll come across. Our recent visit to Jersey Mike's left much to be desired. Both my wife and I found our subs to be lacking in flavor, with minimal meat and cheese. I tell you what let’s just start with the fact that this place deserves some sort of award. The staff here are so friendly and always great you with a smile. The owner here always is throwing off positive vibes and you can tell as his employees are always happy and smiling. They make amazing sandwiches and give superior customer service.
