I finally got a chance to stop by the new location. The place was nice and clean, staff friendly. I will say it was freezing in there. This is common for establishments in Texas to freeze the place. Just make it comfortable. The food was great! I love how they slice everything fresh. I’m glad we got this cause our subway is a joke and I’ll never go there again. Anyway, come on and try it out. I think you will like it. See you again soon.

I will never go back to this Jersey mikes they are trash . I ordered my food on the app. I was in the store for 15 minutes they made sure everyone that came in AFTER ME got their food . Their was an older white man that came in looking for his food and lady with the glasses offered him something to drink but I’ve been standing their for 15 mins and didn’t not get the same positive interaction . If I could give them zero stars I would . The lunch team that was there on 02/20 between 11-1230 are trash and the lady with the glasses is super trash Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The new location is a lot more convenient than the location off Hulen. The only issue I had was the first time I went one of the individuals working was not very personable and the sandwich was lacking substance. I’ve been a couple other times and the food was delicious but the individual that checks you out was still not very friendly and very hard to hear or understand due to it talking very softly and while facing away from you. Always a solid place for a chain. People in Benbrook are bad reviewers, so getting anything over a 4 is hard. Leaving 5 stars should be the default so they can get more business. If you want that place to stay you leave 5 stars dum dum to attract business from other places. Otherwise the decent places leave and you are stuck with 20 different ways to fry chicken. Heavier set guy curly hair always there when I happen to come . Was very rude charged me 1 .05 for one price of cheese I have been coming to Jersey Mike’s for years always skimps my sandwich gives me all bread every time and had the nerve to charge me for one piece of cheese.
