This brand new business in Thomasville appears to be a very welcome addition to the city. It’s located in Southgate Shopping Mall with plenty of parking available for easy access.
The dining area is a bit small with only about 6 tables that seat 4 people each. It did appear that that most patrons were getting their subs to go so the few tables seemed to be sufficient.
The dining room is bright with a clean look to it. There were plenty of employees on hand (I’m sure there were extra hands with it being a grand opening). All of the employees were pleasant. One came around asking the tables if everything was good.
I had a sub in a bowl. It’s not on the menu, which I felt was a misstep on their part. I only knew about it because the person with me had heard about it. The bowl was prepared with plenty of meats and cheese and customized to my liking. My companion had a sub and really enjoyed it.
Overall, I think it’s a great sub place and I’ll more than likely frequent it some more.

Went 1st day of opening. Ordered a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Was a few people there as expected. The Manager, I assume was working very hard at keeping the new employees moral up. Everyone on staff was very polite and in good spirits. Food was done in a few minutes promptly, was cooked to order. And they got the order correct, hold this, add that. And it was delicious. I will definitely go back and try again. If they can keep this high standard of fun, polite service and food quality, I think it will be a very nice addition and much needed restuarant to our town.

Politely asked the woman slicing the items if she can wipe down the equipment first like I do at every other Jersey Mike’s. There is usually not a problem and are understanding. This woman preceded in silence after I asked to grab a dry old rag from under her and play wipe/dust it off. I let it go and didn’t say anything but I’m use to other locations getting a clean rag dipped in disinfectant. I should have trusted my instincts and left from there with my family, we ended up with a stomach virus within hours of eating our subs. Plus my bread was so stall, the top crumbled off like toast bread. Won’t be going back to this location ever, overall Jersey Mike’s is very good and I never had a problem before. We couldn’t eat anything after visiting this one bc our stomachs were in so much pain.
Oh yeah and DON’T ask for oil and vinegar, the guy poured so much on my partners sandwich with sass and attitude. We still were polite but very nasty customer service.

The lady at the register was sweet (older lady) The young girls were VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I suppose they had an issue with me watching them prepare my food so they kept asking if I had a question. This was weird due to the fact that it’s an open kitchen and most of us adults eat at places like this because it’s open.
They definitely need customer service training. I will NEVER eat here again.

I placed a pick up order by phone. Tiffany took my order, took care of me when I arrived for pick up and was very pleasant from the minute I walked in! The food was prepared correctly and was very fresh! I had the portobello cheesesteak without green peppers and it was delicious! I will be returning in the very near future! Great job to the staff! Please tip the staff as they are working to feed you!

Passing through and our experience was stellar! Super friendly staff and delicious food. Fresh made in front of you. Loved the pepper relish and the place was very clean and tidy.

Placed a 165.00 catering box order, and gave a 25.00 tip on top ! Went in to pick it up and it was ready to go. Sitting just out of my reach, while I stood there for almost 2 minutes as the invisible man !! Three employees were within an arms reach of me, and not one said " How can I help you ? " ! Two walked away leaving myself and a fellow invisible person standing there ! Nothing ! I finally had to ask was anyone working the counter or not !! No apologies were offered by staff ! Not even a Have a nice night !! Boy do I regret that tip !!!

The manager Greg is awful. He doesn’t care about his employees, degrades them, makes them cry. There was a literal gas leak in the building but he was mad at his employees for not wanting to come back in unless the gas was turned off until fixed.

This is not a good environment. Please do not buy food from Jersey Mikes in Thomasville until something is done about Greg.

Great catering experience. We ordered for our office lunch 80+ people and the service/food were great. Received a confirmation call without having to reach out to the restaurant and arrived on time. Would recommend for your office lunches.
