Overall, I really like Jersey’s Mikes as a brand but this location has some work to do. This is a new location so I’m giving them a little grace. I’ve ordered online 4 separate times and all 4 times something was wrong. Twice I was missing a sandwich and twice my sandwiches were not made to order. I’m not a Karen so I didn’t say anything but I think it’s fair to just advise anyone to just go in and order if you want to make sure your sandwiches are correct. They don’t pay attention to specific requests on online orders. So be aware that if you order online, at least one of your sandwiches will be wrong. Otherwise, they are very delicious.

Good service by friendly people. The subs are really good, made the way you request. I am impressed by how clean they keep the restaurant. Every time I visit, it is very clean. Great place for a good meal with plenty of options.

So completely disappointing. I’ll start by saying by going on opening day we expected a “rush”. However it wasn’t crazy busy, the staff were so completely rude expect for the person taking orders and the guy with the toppings. However what seemed like the manager was incredibly rude, I asked a question and he spoke to me like I knew nothing. The guy calling out orders was arguing with my husband about the sandwich not being ours but it was. We weren’t even able to get the things we wanted including ‘The Juice’. So we paid $45 to be treated poorly and not even get what we wanted. We were so excited for the opening but I don’t know if we’ll be back after that.

I have never been to a Jersey Mikes before. Since this is close to my house, we figured we'd try it. I will not be back! I was told by the first person that he only took the bread and meat orders, everything else is down the line. I ended up getting a hot sub and looked lost since no one asked me what I wanted on it. I got to the register, my husband paid and I said that I didn't want one of the toppings and she went to tell the man on the grill. He came down to the register to yell at me that I needed to tell them at the beginning of the line and now they had to remake it. They were so rude that I didn't even eat my food. I can't tell how the food is because I couldn't stomach how I was treated.

Would not redeem coupon from Asante Prep page on their opening day. Manager was rude and dismissive, so I walked out without our subs. What a shame, they lost what could’ve been an often returning customer. Now I refuse to give them any of my business. Better luck next time!

I placed an order for 6 people for lunch through the Jersey Mike’s app. It was delivered through door dash. Only the 2 small sandwiches were delivered. The delivery guy didn’t speak English so we were using Google translate to communicate. I called the store and the person I spoke with was nice and tried to help. She had my other two sandwiches in her hand and apologized, saying it was totally their fault they didn’t verify the order with the delivery driver when he picked it up. I was trying to figure out how I was going to get my other 2 sandwiches, and she told me her manager was urging her to get off the phone and get back on the line. So I asked to speak with him. He got on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed through DoorDash and I would have to contact them. I explained that I didn’t use DoorDash, I used their app. He got very short with me, told me he would refund the money, told me to have a good day and hung up. I was trying to ask him how I was going to get my other sandwiches so everyone could eat. He literally just hung up on me. He said he had customers to take care of. I asked what about me? I just spent $50 and didn’t have my food. He just hung up on me. This is customer service at its finest. I love Jersey Mike’s but this is the 3rd incident in the last month with them where their willingness to help a customer was terrible. FYI, the DoorDash guy was amazing. Even though he didn’t speak English, he went back to the store and came back with ONE sandwich. They handed him “my” order and it was the wrong order. Was very humid and so many workers for one store. Food was Ok I still prefer togos or subway. All I know I ate half my sandwich and been stuck in the bathroom for an hour now lol
