I wish i could give this location 0 stars. I ordered a pizza that got delivered completely covered in red onions. I didn’t order red onions at all. My child doesn’t eat onions, I had to order him another dinner somewhere else, costing me even more money. So I called the store. Jasmine told me that I would see a refund in 2 business days. I said you refunded me? She said “yes! Just now”. Fast forward to the weekend I STILL never got refunded. I called the store, same thing got told I would see a refund in two business days, told me the general manager would call me. Still no refund. Still no call from a manager. I call the store back days later, the manager that was supposed to call me answers. She claims they DON’T give refunds for online orders. I asked why Jasmine told me she refunded me then? She insinuated I was lying, and that Jasmine never said that. She proceeded to call me a liar even further by telling me she worked that night, and would’ve caught the mistake on the pizza if it truly had onions on it. I’ve never been talked to this rudely in my life. Her name is Ashley Thomas, I would avoid giving her store business like the plague. Nothing gets passed her eye, but I sure got a pizza with red onions all over it. She clearly needs that $35 more than I do. absolutely horrible!!! ordered meat deep dish and jalapeno bread, for $29.11 we were expecting a decent meal. Perhaps they were cleaning the oven as my pizza went through. you can see the toppings crispy throughout. not even worth mentioning how terrible the bread was, its a side note to dinner. oh well, my dogs seemed to like it. will NEVER visit this location again.

We are loyal customers. Have been ordering pizza every Friday for the last 12-13 years. I just bit into a slice of pizza and a chunk of cheese was dangling from my mouth…..as I pulled it out….I realized it was connected to a piece of hair. I’m heartbroken….this was my favorite pizza place. The employees are awesome. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering pizza ever again. 27.00 for a over cooked pizza with too much sauce, barely any cheese and cooked in a dirty oven and delivered cold! Worst pizza I have ever had from jets…. You couldn’t taste the succulent mushrooms, or the delicious ham, or the goodness of green peppers, the sausage was so rock hard it was like a bowling ball on my wet tongue! All I could taste was that dirty old oven that hasn’t been cleaned because the pizza tasted old and cold Food: 1 Service: 1

Let me start by saying I'm absolutely not against taking precautions to protect drivers, however, for almost two years now this location has refused to do delivery. Contactless delivery has been a thing since the pandemic started, but their app says due to safety reasons, which is odd when every other store has found ways of doing delivery safely. I used to be a very big fan of Jets when I lived upstate. I haven't had it in years. I was ecstatic to find out there was one here in town when I moved here. While I could pick it up myself, it is just really inconvenient most times when I just want something to eat while I work without having to leave to pick it up and come back. What kind of chain brand pizza place doesn't deliver? I'm sure there's probably a financial reason they can't hire delivery drivers or use door dash or what not, but whatever the reason, I really wish they'd start delivering again. They have delivered to my house several times and today they decided I was outside their delivery area I lived 3/4 of a mile from there. I have had several issues with this location and this was The final straw no more jets for me Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We haven't had Jet's Pizza in years (we moved out of state) but recently picked a deep dish and took it home, after moving to Fenton. It brought back memories of Michigan pizza, we both enjoyed it! Service Take out Food: 4

Jet's used to have excellent pizza. MixN'Match has the best priced small deep dish pizza, but our Greek salad didn't come with any dressing, or silverware. The thin crust was soggy and $17+ for 1 topping. BBQ chicken cost $18.99 for 8 slices with a coupon.
