I used to order delivery for lunch twice a week but over the last 6 months the delivery times have been terrible. I order before 11:00am and still have to cross my fingers that it gets to my office by 1:00pm. They must be having major staffing issues which is unfortunate as we cannot count on this location for timely deliveries. Delivering sandwiches that have been sitting out for two hours is a recipe for disaster. Service Delivery Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Understaffed Unfortunately, 1st time no driver after I ordered. They did comp my meal. Happy about that, but needed to drive to location and pick up. 2nd time waiting almost 40 minutes. It’s right down the street. My lunch hour is gone and I won’t be able to eat. Should have just drove there and picked up. Freaky SLOW. Placed a order at 2:20pm and didn’t receive it until 4:40pm. This location has been a mess for a while now. Thought I would try again. My bad. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don’t bother visiting, doors were locked at 4pm on Saturday. I knocked on the door and the workers ignored me. I hope this place goes out of business. Edited 1 year later: Saturday 12/30/23 at around 5pm- it’s still a mess! I went to buy multiple gift cards, but there was a hand written sign on the door that said “be back in 5 minutes”.. what is going on with this place?? Needless to say, I walked over to Pancheros. Pancheros received a few hundred dollars of my business by simply being open during their stated hours…

This Jimmy John's really goes above and beyond. Being pregnant I have had a little obsession the past couple weeks - and today when he brought my order he threw in a cookie for the pregnant lady just because. ♡ day was totally made and their fast delivery and dedication really shows!

Apparently “freaky fast” means two hours consistently. Should I stop ordering from this location? Probably. However, it is the closest location and I enjoy the product. If your store is behind, there should be a phone call or some sort of communication to keep a customer posted. We ordered today at 11:45am. We just received our order at 1:45pm. No apologies either. The driver just set it at our door, no knock or anything, after we let them into the complex from their call.

Certainly not freeky fast. I get 30 minutes for lunch. Walked in and waited 10 minutes for the one worker to take my order. She was busy making to go orders. They ran out of onion strings for their new sandwich so I got the lulu. 12 minutes it took her to get it ready. I had 8 minutes to get back on the street. Never again and this JJ. Food was standard quality for Jimmy John's, all ok. I ordered at the counter. Service was the slowest I have ever seen. I did not know it was possible to make sandwiches that slowly.
