先講結論：適合個人或者伴侶來安靜地享受簡單美味的鐵板燒料理。點了雞腿排與當日限定的鯖魚。先送上的冬瓜湯清甜，兩塊冬瓜厚度適中，不爛也不硬，喚醒口腔的感覺，順便溫熱腸胃。高麗菜絕對是目前吃過的前三名，採用的是菜葉較厚，梗相對來說比較小的品種，應該是高山產，放了大量的蒜頭與點綴提味的生辣椒，熟度完美，鹹度適中，單吃與配飯都很不錯，蒜頭還是白色的，顯示炒的速度之快與火候的精準，拿出來單賣都沒問題。豆芽菜不是外面賣的那種加上鐵板燒醬的版本——應該說整間店都沒有用這種黑胡椒醬——而是使用洋蔥、九層塔、大蒜與黑胡椒爆炒，熟度依然完美，綠豆芽也不會像黃豆芽有口感的差異，但一開始吃的時候會覺得黑胡椒與九層塔香氣過重，吃超過一半後就會習慣，變得十分可口。主菜之一的鯖魚為了鐵板燒的烹飪方式，整體口感分成前端與尾端，尾端較為焦香，類似鹹魚的焦脆感；前端油脂適中，且不乾有水，整半條除了小部分細刺（軟的），其它包含魚鰭都可以吃下，不用擔心魚刺問題。雞腿排形狀完整，從骨輪到腿根都恰到好處的煎成酥皮，不會有令人噁心的雞皮，熟度非常的「極限」，再早一點起鍋就會感覺沒熟的極限，也因此雞腿十分的多汁。紅茶無糖的淡茶，沒什麼特別的，有加方塊冰維持冰涼。招待的蔥花蛋非常的好吃！完全就是快炒店大火熱鍋的縮小版，而且不會有中間還流質的不安全感，蔥珠也受熱完全但不縮水，盤底也沒有多餘的剩油，非常推薦。外帶的豆腐煎成虎皮，搭配醬料與香料，吃起來不會有一般素食帶來的不滿足感，醬香有層次、濃郁不膩口，推薦加點。臨時起意點的炒飯份量不多，但料十分豐富，且高溫將飯粒加熱的略有鍋巴感，喜歡的可以嘗試看看。 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
