Usually order our food to take home but this time time we stayed in the dining room for lunch at around 12:10 pm on Sept. 27, 2023.
Excellent food fresh off the grill, but dining room is small you can hear everyone's conversation. The tea is terrible, maybe the container hasn't been cleaned or exchanged out for a new one in a long time. Gigantic big screen T.V. is a plus. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp fried with cornmeal. For dessert I always get the funnel cake fries with powdered sugar and you can see they are generous with the powdered sugar.
The food is awesome I would definitely recommend and visit here again.

I love these small cozy family run spots! I came here with my wife and son and of course I needed to try a few things. I got the avocado bacon burger which was fantastic! My wife had the cheese steak sandwich, I got an order of Cajun wings which were juicy and crispy and a tender basket for our son. The fries were great and so were the tenders, which were large! I wish they had some country gravy to go with these! Will definitely come back. Great little small spot in Friendswood.

Wing Meal
Ordered the bacon avocado burger in a lettuce wrap with the fries and drink combo and it was all excellent. The burger was seasoned really well and would’ve been delicious even without toppings. Very good thick, seasoned fries too. Spent a little more than $18 after adding a tip. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Definitely on my list to return.

Heard about this place from the Nextdoor app so the wife and i stopped here today for lunch. We were dying to have a hamburger. Today we had the cheeseburger combo with a side of onion rings. It was super delicious. Given that this place is new, i will say right now that the food tastes like they have been doing this for a while. The service was great. The dining room was nice and clean and spacious and inviting. The prices are very reasonable and the food portions are more than enough. We will come back. Many more items on the menu that we want to try. Cant wait !!
JLB Eatery is what you want a local restaurant to be. It has phenomenal customer service and the food is even better. I had the chance to eat a burger from here during a work luncheon that won me over instantly. The fresh baked hamburger buns are to die for. They are so soft and delectable. On to the food.

The burger was great, the veggies were crisp and fresh. The bun was like wow. So good.

2 Certigied Angus Beef patties, 2 Slices Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Bacon. Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, and Thousand Island Dressing.
Ok, the burger was better than the first burger I had but the first one was still great. With the two patties it was quite monstrous. Loved the crispy char on the edges of the burger. Way to big to eat and go back to work comfortably but I did and paid the price. Oh well it was worth it.
Go give them a try if you haven’t, it’s a really great place that will give you awesome food and service.

Let me start with it cost us 50$ for 2 adults and 1 child. This was our first time in and its not much to look at but the food speaks for itself.
We all ordered different kinds of burgers 🍔. They are massive. The bun's are spectacular and the meat seasoning was on point. The veggies were fresh and delicious 😋. Fries 🍟 were seasoned and fresh crispy. Overall we definitely enjoyed our meal. We're absolutely coming back soon.

Good Burgers on fresh baked buns! Sides are also great - had fries, onion rings and tots. Fish & Chips London Style and the Pork Chop Sandwich were really good too!

Been hearing about this place from the guys at Ewing. Finally tried it today. It was great. Burger was massive and delicious. Cooked just right. I don't usually care too much about the bun, but this one was really good. Fries nice and hot and crispy. I don't often buy burgers from restaurants because I usually make a better one at home. This was well worth it though. 20 bucks for a burger, fries, and drink combo. I could only finish half. 2 full meals for 10 bucks ain't bad at all. I think I would pay more at McDonald's for a "burger"

Small place , big portions of delicious food. I tried this place the other day , for lunch. Wasn't really hungry after having a big breakfast. I figured a medium philly cheese steak fries would suffice. 👀👀 It is HUGE for a "medium"..... My coworkers got burgers and one got a wrap of some kind. Man , you definitely get your money's worth as the portions are generous. My fries were AWESOME.... I will DEFINITELY go again for the fries if nothing else. Although the burgers looked really good and my coworkers gave 👍👍 ....

Food quality and presentation was a disappointment, also fish and chips another disappointment it’s advertised as “London Style” but is not. It’s made with catfish rather than Cod or haddock as a substitute, furthermore beer base mix is use for “London style” fish and chips.
