For real if you want to have the best beach bar, johnny will make you feel like he knows you from years back and welcome you by picking a fresh coconut and making you the best piña colada of your life. It lies at a huge empty beach just for you, you can sleep in a hut or tent for 400 baht, best life.
Recommend to go by motorbike so youre flexible.

One of the coolest beach bars in this area. Nice atmosphere, super friendly owner, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We were not planing on staying but driving through and we met him (the owner) so nice times, memories in such a beautiful place.

A must-do stop when in Khanom. The owner is super kind and sociable. His creative and positive energy brings all sorts of interesting people together. As an American solo traveler, I had a wonderful experience befriending locals and other travelers from all over the world. Clinking beers with friendly strangers in a bean bag, while the waves crashed in the background, was a highlight of my time in Southern Thailand.

Great bar to have a drink and chill and relax. The owner and his co-workers were really friendly and they even helped us getting our motorbike (flat-tire) back to our hotel!

Lovely little spot, operated by a lovely guy called Johnny.
I was stung by a jelly fish in the water nearby and when I came out, in pain, Johnny instantly knew of a sea/beach plant that was growing nearby that is a natural remedy. He tore of the leaves, added water, and applied it to the area on my back where I’d been stung!

I learnt something new that day :)
The bar is a humble place with heaps of character and occasionally he has DJs there to spin some tunes.
