Eek! I just love this place. But prepare your bank balance for when you go here because it's not cheap. But wow, it is amazing. My fillet was the best! The place is so cool as well, good vibe. Good music too 😍 My dad had a bad sirloin steak here once unfortunately, but the fillet has always been great every time we go! Best steak ever. We visited 5 years ago and were so impressed. Came back now again and still same amazing quality and service. Definitely one more reason to drive out on garden route. You won't find a better steak along the garden route than at Joplin's steak bar! The cherry on top were the fries which were the best that we've had on our trip. This was not our first time at Joplins, and have promoted this restaurant to everybody, because of the quality food AND to top it all the nice music and good service. Tonight was unfortunately a disappointment with very poor service and the music was not a pleasure to listen to. We felt totally ignored! Such a great restaurant with delicious food, we ordered the fillet and the mixed grill and it was simply tasty, they know what they do. The prices are fair and the service is very welcoming. Yes this is the place in George when you want to eat steak. No franchise restaurant can prepare and serve a steak like Joplin's! Take the drive to Wilderness and see for yourself. Even if you don't like eating steak just go there because you will end up becoming a steak lover. Friendly service is what you will get, but the way they prepare steak is what makes them stand out! Not the most professional service! We had the impression that they were in a hurry to get rid of us so that the table might be given to someone else. So make a reservation ahead of time. There isn't a lot of food and drinks to select from. Although the cuisine was not bad, it could have been better!

We´ve been here two times in a row and will go for number three tonight, best filet steak we had on our south africa trip so far (and we allready had a lot). The Chef told us that they had once a guest who came four times in a row - unfortunately we can`t match this since they are not open on sundays :) I highly recommed this place!!!!
