The volcano strawberries had green leaves between cookie and chocolate. Not properly prepared. Turtles, which i always buy, were hard and not fresh although date was same day as purchased. A wasted 8.5kd as caramel was overcooked and hard. Poor quality. Not what i bought before! See expiration date. The pink pasta was bad. Sauce and pasta are cooked separately. Kale salad is recommended Foos is expensive here Service Dine in Price per person KWD 6–8 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Had a terrible experience when we went for breakfast on Friday! On staff recommendation I order Falafel Tortilla which came super late. My husband finished his entire meal when my plate arrived with cold, half efforted preparation. So much so that even Tahini was missing. It was so dry I had to wash it down with juice. Never going back!!!

I have been to many cafes in Kuwait, but Joy !!? Is the worst one ever for many reasons:- 1- bad service. 2- bad arrangement and arraying . 3- bad staff, infact they took my used Arabic coffee from me table and give it to other customer.
