Visited begin of November as couple. Service was very kind and honest. Food was nearly authentic. Ambience typical Chinese. We ordered stir-fried beef (爆炒牛肉), pork tongue (凉拌猪舌) and gong-bao chicken (宫保鸡丁). The owner, who personally served us, quickly recognized our Chinese background and brought us the Chinese menu. When we inquired about the authenticity of the dishes, she candidly admitted that not everything was 100% authentic but assured us she would instruct the chef to pay special attention to our preferences. (5/5) The dishes were impressive, with the flavors coming close to authenticity. The standout dish was the pork tongue, which was originally served without spicy sauce. However, at our request, the owner added spicy sauce to the soy sauce, greatly enhancing the taste. (5/5) The stir-fried beef had a perfect consistency, tender and flavorful, but it was slightly heavy on the oil. Adding some vegetables to balance the richness would greatly improve the dish. (4/5) The gong bao chicken leaned towards a more European Chinese style, incorporating ingredients like onion and beans instead of the traditional cucumbers. It was also deep-fried, which deviates from the stir-fried preparation. Despite these variations, the dish was still enjoyable and met our expectations for a European adaptation. (4/5) The restaurant's interior had a fancy ambiance, surprising us pleasantly compared to its exterior appearance. The pricing of the dishes was reasonable, considering the restaurant's central location. (5/5) In conclusion, I recommend trying the original Chinese menu at this restaurant. While not completely authentic, the owner was transparent about it, ensuring we weren't caught off guard. The service was friendly, the food was nearly authentic, and the overall experience was satisfying. We decided to get a takeaway from here instead of braving another restaurant "experience". The food was well packaged and tasty. We were offered an English menu on arrival which was really nice. Also received a small bottle of plum wine. Probably the most friendly interaction we've had since arriving in Plzen, so thanks for that. :)

This place is a disaster. The tables are not cleaned in-between customers. It took 45 minutes to prepare my food and the food was very greasy and extremely salty. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
