This Juan Pollo is a great option when I'm in the mood for chicken. The cashier was very attentive and cared to explain their specials. The service was very prompt. I recommend the chicken, potato salad, rice, and mild salsa. They also have corn tortillas available. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. They are a rip off. I paid for a breast and a wing as shown in the picture I got the not even have a wing. Go to the 5th street restaurant instead they are so much better. Now I’m at work with half of what I paid for, as well as cold as hell. Feel like it been sitting for hours. Its sad to say that after the owner and founder of Juan Pollo passing that the food is being made different now. Why dose someone in the family or a family member always do that when they take control of the business. So what I'm trying to get at is now the chicken is a little smaller now but still have that great taste, they also changed up the rice, its not being made the way they use to make it, its white rice with no favor to it like before and their tacos aren't large size tacos anymore they are just regular size tacos now. I know why they are doing is to save money and plus to get that extra money to pocket. So they should just keep it traditional if they don't want to lose customers and their regular customers that go in. I'm sure the original owner would be disappointed with the changes. First time trying this place since i been hearing about so much. I give it a 3 star because chicken seem to be small and it has a weird smell, its that smell when you dont wash the chicken good. The sides are okay not much of a fan. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I came here for my first time after hearing a lot of good experiences and they did not disappoint , the service was great, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was nice and clean, the chicken was sooooo good, and all the sides were amazing , will for sure be back! My go to spot for fresh delicious rotisserie chicken. I always pick up to go and they’re very quick to give you your order after you pay. I like to go on Tuesdays when they have the 2-whole chicken deal with tortillas and salsa for $24. Location is clean and workers are friendly, quick and attentive. Plenty of parking is available.
