After you have seen The House of Scientists, come to this cafe. Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked omelettes. Visit Kafe Tsisar for good coffee or great tea. The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The professional staff welcomes people all year round. Cool service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. From the guests' point of view, prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is lovely, as visitors see it. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this cafe a high rating.

Avoid this place! It was bad heated, and the staff simply robbed me. I orden a chicken stake, and without asking they gave me a big one, about 200 gram. But at the bill was written that it was a 400 gram steak, what is absolutely ridiculous. The old cowards trick. I argued about it, but they just smiled.

Air conditioning is present in the facility, and the establishment carries a large menu and quite a few forms of alcohol and cocktails. The employees are extremely friendly, informative, and of course, pretty. It's a more than suitable establishment at very reasonable prices. I wouldn't persay recommended it for non-Cisar guests, but it's a great place nonetheless.

With all the complaints about service I don't know how the same people keep working here. Service is terribly slow. They didn't even bring the menu. I called the waiter to a second order, told me one minute and never came, one hour later I left. Next time after waiting very long to order the waiter was just sitting in the bar and ignoring me for 15 minutes, I left and never came back. It's a shame because with a good service I would definitely come to this place often.

Pizza was good but they forgot to bring me juice i ordered, despite putting it in paycheck. In general, looks cozy, but you can find better not so far.

U can get some decent food for 4 USD per person, good food, not proper Ukrainian food, but that's what u would eat as a regular Ukrainian

Extremely friendly and helpful service. Nicely arranged spacious place, good, cheap food, and tasty wine. Good WiFi connection.

Food served here is good and cheap, but service, well... not really. Cafe is open 24h and WiFi is present.

If i compare price ,place and taste.Really cheap.Normal taste and place also almost good. Performance all in this place...Really good
