Food serving size was hefty, the pasta could be good for 2 and so is the chicken poppers. The place and ambiance was very instagram worthy.
It's a very chill place in the morning, and perfect for date nights, lunch outs and small gatherings.

Presentation is superb, ambience is fair enough alfresco setup. it would have been better if they have enclosed space with AC due to hot weather and avoid flies landing on our food. And lastly the Kaffatea sandwich taste blunt… too many veggies.
Kaffatea Cafe is a delightful establishment that offers a perfect setting for relaxation and catch-ups with friends over a refreshing drink. Nestled in a cozy corner, this cafe provides a serene atmosphere that allows for engaging conversations while enjoying a variety of beverages like milk tea, refreshers, and frappes.
One of the highlights of Kaffatea Cafe is its diverse menu, which extends beyond just beverages. The inclusion of rice bowls provides a satisfying option for those seeking a heartier meal. The cafe's culinary offerings cater to a range of preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone.
However, what truly captured my attention and taste buds were their delectable finger foods, particularly the chicken pops. These bite-sized treats are a delightful twist on the traditional fried chicken concept. The chicken pops consist of crispy chicken skin, which offers a delightful crunchiness that is hard to resist. The combination of flavors, including the savory taste of the chicken skin, creates a harmonious blend that leaves a lasting impression.
Aside from the excellent food and drink options, Kaffatea Cafe exudes a welcoming and cozy ambiance. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with comfortable seating arrangements and a relaxed atmosphere. It's an ideal place to unwind and spend quality time with friends, providing a perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life.
While Kaffatea Cafe delivers a great overall experience, there is room for improvement in a couple of areas. Firstly, the service could be more attentive during peak hours, as it can sometimes be challenging to get the staff's attention promptly. Additionally, the menu, while offering a decent variety, could benefit from further expansion to provide even more choices to satisfy different tastes and dietary preferences.
In summary, Kaffatea Cafe is a fantastic destination to unwind, chat with friends, and indulge in delicious treats. The assortment of beverages, including milk tea, refreshers, and frappes, ensures there's a drink for every palate. The addition of rice bowls adds versatility to the menu, while the chicken pops offer a unique and mouthwatering twist on finger foods. With a cozy ambiance and a relaxed setting, Kaffatea Cafe is a go-to spot for those seeking a chill atmosphere to enjoy good company and delightful flavors.

I honestly thought that Kaffatea had good coffee because of the "aesthetic" of the place and hyped up reviews. I see it everywhere advertised on social media so I finally tried it with my cousins. I was really excited too.
I work as a barista for a specialty coffee in Metro Manila and have realized how much the taste of the coffee differs. There really is bad and good coffee. I also noticed that the coffee equipment they use are not familiar and are most probably on the lower end side. I even observed that the barista was having a hard time removing the coffee grounds from the portafilter despite doing it correctly also. Thus, I think it confirms my speculation that the machine they use is cheaper than most. I guess the goal of this cafe is to bring more of the aesthetic than good coffee which is clear based on the place's interior investment. BUT I guess we can say, you get what you pay for and in comparison to the price of their products, it's definitely cheaper than specialty coffees. There's just a difference to which people specialty coffees and these type of cafes market to and is understandable. I just had different expectations.
I highly recommend for people to try and visit specialty cafes to taste the difference and to support businesses that highly value good coffee. Nevertheless, I understand that sometimes we cannot afford the "luxury". But when you, reader, can, please do. You'll appreciate coffee more.
PS. I ordered a flat white -- so no amount of syrup can mask the taste of their coffee. And I'm giving the cafe 2 stars because of the aesthetic of the place. This is a cafe I'll only visit once but I'm happy I got to. I still appreciate the aesthetic. And to be fair, I don't think they are specialty coffee in the first place :)
Food is great. We've tried their smoked bbq and salted egg chicken and both are 10/10.
Drinks are also good for their very affordable price.
Will come again definitely!
