I found this place driving through Caguas. This restaurant is a nice cozy establishment. With wonderful drinks and even better food. The parking is very small but there’s also street parking as well. I tried the guava French toast which is very sweet and delicious. I also had omelettes and fried potatoes, the strawberry mimosa and many more items. All I can say is that the food was delicious, 10 out of 10. If you’re in this area you most definitely have to come by and try the food. There’s a whip cream drink with Baileys, OMG delicious. Everything that the waitress recommended was tasty and the prices were very reasonable. About six minutes from the city Square. Whenever I go back to Caguas I’m coming here. Amazing food, good prices, friendly staff. Should improve a little bit the cleanliness and the parking area. Otherwise, would recommend and probably will visit again in a future. Excellent!!! Cozy coffee house near PR52. Best breakfast on Caguas!! Everything was delicious, big portions, fast service with helpful waitress. Went on Sunday at 9am and there was parking and tables available… at 10am the place was full of people.

We arrived on a Monday morning, so I can only base my review on that particular day of the week. My lady and I decided to have breakfast here---it was nice out so we decided to eat by the patio. I had the special of the day which was Smores Pancakes; very fluffy and flavorful, although mostly chocolate with a few small marshmallows sprinkled around. I accompanied it with iced Baileys coffee; unfortunately it was mostly milk with a hint of Baileys and coffee. My lady also had the iced Baileys coffee, however, she had the French Toast and liked it very much. We finished our meal with a Strawberry Margarita/Mimosa cocktail, unfortunately it had more of a lemonade taste to it. PROS: Excellent presentation and attention to detail. Very friendly staff. CONS: It's a small place and unfortunately service was slow---the waitress only checked up on us once. I actually had to get up from my table and find her to ask for the check. Food is good but not great, especially for the price and it took a while to receive our food. The iced coffee and cocktail were not as good unfortunately. It's a hit or miss with wait time to be seated; we got seated right away since we arrived before noon, however, expect to wait for a table if you arrive around noon or later. It's still worth giving them a try if you're in the area. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Good portions, great flavor. Good customer service, Nice ambience. Food was brought to the table fast, being that is a small cozy place and there was a lot of customers seating at tables, waiting for there orders. Excellent coffee variety, good prices. I definitely recommend this place.

The best Brunch place in the caguas area. Great service, excellent selections of eggs, waffles and pancakes. The best coffe you could drink in the area. I definitely recommend this place to anyone how is in the area.

Perfect place for weekend brunch. Located in a restored old house full of character and personality. Excellent service. Tasty food. The pumpkin pancakes topped with fresh fruit, eggs over easy and bacon on the side were exquisite! Do not miss the breakfast roasted potatoes!!! The hot chocolate had great consistency and was presented with a generous layer of yummy foam. Freshly squeezed orange juice was very good. I highly recommend this place.

After seating we waited about 10 minutes for just water to come to our table, the waiter was very non-attentive. We then got our food, and everything on the plate was cold, and really hard to chew (chicken and waffles) the chicken was tough as if it was sitting for a while (it was) and so was the waffle. Our server never came back around to make sure that the food was good, to refill our drinks, and to give us the bill. Another server noticed that we didn’t have any water as we’re looking around for our server and she ended up filling it up for us. We ended up having to have the host cash us out so we could pay and leave. Really disappointed because I’ve heard such good places about this.
