I'll go out on limb and say this restaurant is Thai fine dining. The food was delicious, and light. Great flavors in all. Great prices compared to what you would find in the tourist area. This restaurant has it all. You can choose to dine in the garden or in one of the air con dining rooms that are beautifully furnished. Food was excellent. A great dining experience! Beautiful restaurant, very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and well priced, and they have a number of unusual dishes that you are unlikely to see at other places. Highly recommended!

Very delicious and worth to try. Good ambience and decorated in antique style. They have variety of menu and offered in decent price. Will visit again when come back to Surat.

Good Thai Restaurant by good test with Fair price. It is thai food restaurants with local south Thai food. Test is good with reasonable portion. The worth is price on menu are almost not correct and not been and no parking arae. You just only parking alonge on road.

Kampan was recommended to us by a pharmacist we visited down the street. The decor was inviting and the staff were very friendly. Every dish we ordered was delicious but the crispy pork was the real winner. We also ordered chayote with chicken and prawns with glass noodles. Prices are very good too. Authentic Thai place with some frankly mindblowingly tasty dishes. We ordered what they recommended: spicy winger bean with shrimp (tasty, but only 2 shrimps in this dish), Thai curry with duck (so fragrant, and the gravy is infused flavour of pineapple, but be ware- very spicy!) and fried Ban Leong (simple vegetable but so fragrant I think could be stir fried with lard). Staff is friendly too! Verdict: this goes into my eat through Thailand list
