Price is per head not per room exclusive 10% entertainment and 6% SST. Sound system is great, the room is okay no cigar smell. Various option of drinks (milo, sjora, coffee, soft drinks) which are free flow. Same goes to tidbits (super ring/ kacang peas/prawn cracker) but you need ask at the counter for a new one. They served different types tidbits everyday not the same one. The microphone has cover on top. They also provided some musical instruments in the karaoke room. Affordable price and inside the room also not bad…so basically after you pay at the counter…the stuff will a basket that contains of mic, cups and snack…. The drinks is free flow…can take as many time u want…and the snack is just a normal keropok then they repack it into a small plastic… The sound system is good…just the song list is also quite okay…old song new song all have… Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sound system ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

service is bad. rude staff especially the short hair girl, she could've said things nicely instead she being rude and made us uncomfortable and not in mood. please improve ur staff service,mf. (our day got ruined on 1st February 2024 7PM) Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Snacks were so so only, hope can be improved. Good service and good environment. Song ordering is good too, as can use mobile browser to do, and stable connection without disconnected through out. Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

For the price of RM30 per person during weekend you can’t complain much. It was such as hassle during registration as the person at the counter was been interrupted twice by the customers. I believe this karaoke doesn’t have enough man power. We went in there and saw the bright pastel colour hallway, different from most typical karaoke in Malaysia. We went in to the room and see very cute design, very Japanese vibe. What I’ve noticed; the speakers volume was too low even after we changed the music settings to the highest settings, the screen was okay, the extra instruments was trivial, only one type of tidbits and various type of drinks. Hope the service can improve better.

One of the comfiest karaoke place I've ever tried. Price is acceptable and there are variety of drinks to choose from. You can also purchase foods from their menu. The only complain that I've got is the UI of their karaoke software. It's kinda complicated for first time user, and it's not user friendly. I've a hard time trying to navigate through their UI.

I thought there would be more japanese songs. I guessed they still can't use DAM or Joysound due to japanese copyright law. The machine is the same as any other karaoke. Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The blur staff cut out our singing 1 hour earlier than it supposed to be. There gone all our selected songs 😔🥱 But, we found some toys inside the room which we make some fun to compensate our hurts 🤣

09/10/2022 - 4 pax spent RM180+, only with 2 mics, 0 mic cover; customer service whatsapp dont bother answer/return call, member point systems never accumulated since feedback Oct last year 2021; better find other places than this.

Its a fun place to be reasonable price due to the package given which 3 hours time plus a platter of tidbit and free flow drink (i recommend ice milk tea aka teh tarik) i went with family and they given a room with a playground for kids 🤩 Suggestion do call and make reservation to avoid long waiting hour *FamilyFriendly *Good song collection *Good sound system *Plenty of drink selection *Recomended*
