Fantastic restaurant right in the centre of town. The staff were fantastic as was the food. We had the pork with dumplings and it was excellent. Credit to chef and staff.

We took pork steak and the meat was red from inside, with blood leaking.
Also, it was mentioned, that there will be onion in the dish, however, there were just few pieces of chives. We also ordered 2 similar dishes, both with dumplings, because the menu wasn't in our native language. The waitress didn't even mention that and in the end we got 2 almost the same dishes where 90% was dumplings.

Amazing atmosphere and delicious traditional food! I really liked all the old wooden décor (it's better than a museum). Gives you a good feel of the past and some tasty food to fill you up 😋 Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions, and as for the prices it was astonishingly cheap, considering it's right in the centre. Came here twice and I would go again.
What an amazing experience. Tables on the square, to watch people go by, but inside they taken care to make old Slovakian homes theme, and i personality think it works. The menu reflects the country, and washed down with good beer and prosecco, you are in good hands. The waiter serving us (Shimon) was friendly from the start. Explained the menu, made recommendations, was more of an ambassador (welcome) to Slovakia and it's friendly people. The food tasted good and with this friendly service we truly enjoyed the evening. If you are cold, in the evenings, they do provide some warm blankets to cover your leg. If sitting outside.

Their garlic soup with smoked cheese is great! I liked their Deep Fried Potatoes. Salmon Fillet was fresh and juicy, and Chicken Steak tasted good. We also tried their Chocolate Souffle.

Went there for dinner with a friend, place is very characteristic inside, the atmosphere feels very local. We ordered the typical soup served inside a big bread, the taste was excellent and the portion big! We ordered also the ribs after the soup, but only the soup could also be a complete meal. Totally worth it!

Food was good and the service was fair. However the waiting time for the second meal was unacceptable. Even on May 1st with huge number of customers, one hour of waiting time for halušky sounds like they’ve been delivered from Prešov, I guess.
