This place was very disappointing. To start off, we had to wait an extremely long time for our food however, there was only one other party being seated throughout the entire restaurant as we went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. We got the Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins which were excellent. They had a really nice flavour and were cooked perfectly. However, the entrées were horrible. We got the Classic Sirloin which was very over cooked and tasted burnt. As you can see in the picture, it is also really small and not worth the price. We also got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which was below average. I’ve had better and more flavourful Nashville Hot sandwiches elsewhere and this one was not up to par. Between the unnecessarily long wait, bad food and mediocre service. I would not come back here again. I think this location is just bad because the Kelsey’s in Niagara was excellent. The food was amazing here and the waitress aly was extremely extremely friendly with great smile and the service was absolutely amazing. I never had this kind of amazing food and service in any other restaurant before. I highly recommend people to come here and dine in. What a disappointment!!! After 55mins the 1st appetizer came. Then 15mins later the the other appetizer and the two main entrees! The deep fried shrimp and hot peppers were difficult to find in the large blob of batter... like one mass. We sat outside, there was so much noise from the 6 lane road 30 meters away that at times we couldn't talk. We had to ask to have the plates removed...3 different girls before the table was cleared...5 plates and napkins!!! Then when it was time to pay I had two gift cards, the waitress put the machine down and told me to enter the numbers on the back of the cards and left me to it. Was this not her job? Won't be back. I had the pleasure of dining at Kelsey's recently, and I must say that the highlight of the evening was our server, Kristyn. Her exceptional service truly made the entire dining experience outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Kristyn greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. She was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing us with insightful recommendations and descriptions of various dishes. Her enthusiasm for the food was infectious, and it was evident that she took pride in her work. What stood out the most about Kristyn was her genuine care for our dining experience. She ensured that our drinks were always topped up, our food was served promptly, and she was readily available to answer any questions or accommodate special requests. Her attention to detail and her ability to anticipate our needs truly set her apart. It was me and my boyfriend’s first time trying Kelsey’s and we were celebrating our anniversary.The food was great! We loved the Buffalo chicken potato skins.Our server Veneice was friendly and treated us so well. She answered any questions we had and ultimately made our time there feel so welcoming. So I thought third try would be lucky. It wasn’t. First time we came was a joke. Waitress dropped part of our food on the table. Only came to check on us one time. Second time my girlfriend came alone and was grabbed by a man which left a bruise. I thought I would give them one more shot. Well the food was cold. The service was even colder. They literally leave you to sit and wait for 10 min just to order a drink. Food came and I got 10 onion rings with my meal. It’s like they don’t want us here. Good enough I won’t come back then. The servers were nice. Food was very disappointing. I've dined at Kelseys many times over the years. I've been to different locations. Food quality was not good at all here. They definitely do not use real potatoes for the mash. It was like rubber and had a weird taste. Balsamic chicken is my go-to dish, but it was not what I'm used to at Kelseys, unfortunately. This is my first and last visit in kelsey. The water they served came in with a swimming fly. Salad they served was stale. Passion frit Margarita they served was just a lemonade mixed with some alcohol. Please dont waste your money here. Lunch Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $40–50
