Food didn’t taste fresh they said 8-9 mins Ribs tasted rubbery wasn’t hot or falling of the bones . The only thing fresh was the fries. We purchased a small turkey tip & regular tip this week. When I say; HORRIBLE. I don’t write reviews but I feel this should be known. The turkey tips were horrible, the regular tips were I don’t know what! The sauce was so thin; almost like it was watered down. I had about 11 fries in the turkey tip. LOOK, hiking the price for quality food is no issue but paying anything for horrible food is not cool. Please focus back on preparing quality food…the same you would expect. This place use to be good. I don't know if it's under new ownership or what, but this was the worst rib tips I have ever tried to eat; hard, dry and burnt. I have never ate a ribtip where the skin of the meat is crunchy like chips. I will never order from here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. Also fix the leak in your ceiling, water should not be dribbing down near the area of food. I wish I could include a photo...just disgusting!! I don’t know who hired Keith as a manager but he need to get replaced by Alexis. Make sure y’all check your orders before leaving. he will not replace it & will question your character. I stood at the window for 5 min before someone came up to help me. Once we got the food home it was terrible. I asked that it be cut small but it was large dried out pieces of meat you couldn't even chew. I spent 32 dollars on some mess. I'll never go there again. This place has DECLINED TERRIBLY. I COULDN'T WAIT for my turkey tips! Took the trip, spent $45 on THE NASTIEST MESS IVE EVER HAD. This IS NOT the same as it was just a year ago. The sauce is like water, the meat is naked, and the fries are mush. I regret wasting the time, gas, and money wasted. And the embarrassment I gotta deal with behind this. Smh. I done bragged about this place. I would NEVER eat turkey tips from anywhere, just kept talking about Kenny's. Now we here, and this place is now equivalent to KANKAKEE BBQ turkey tips. Smh. The time of their business says close at 9pm and they offer last hour specials. Then you get there within the last hour 8:50 for instance and they say they don’t close until 10 but close their doors at 9:30 and they don’t offer the special until 9:15 smh .. just bad business all around and bad advertising
