No air conditioning. Hot like hell. If not others food place all full also wont come to this kfc. Food and service was ok. Serving fast. Is just the place not clean especially washing hand area omg. Very disappointed with the experience in KFC franchise, I believe there might be manpower issue where lots of table not ready to serve next customer, 1 out of 2 kiosks is out of service, sauces station is run out of sauces with no refill is done regularly. Hope these room of improvement can be resolved as soon as possible to serve tourist or local better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40

Stopped over here on the way back to klang from tanjung bidara melaka. It was so very hot, as premium outlets always have the open air concept, so no air conditioning. There were just shops not to my interest, and no food court or cafes, to have a coffee break. It was not very big, and not interesting, other than a windmill in the middle

very bad ..i order for kfc tender but there give me kfc cutlet and cut per pieces like kfc tenders.. and cheat customer and when i ask why? they said need to cook and will b late.. they even never ask me either i can wait or not.. but simply try to cheat customer...no value for money

The service was not very friendly. I ordered a kids meal with chicken, but the portion size was small, and they gave me the spicy option. It was concerning because my three-year-old child cannot handle spicy food. When I asked for a non-spicy chicken option, the staff was rude and asked why I did not mention it earlier.
