Good day to the owner I would really like to bring to your attention, my colleague made an order for takeaway before we got here. We waited for a while and then they told us that they didn't receive the order, so after ordering again, we waited at least an extra 20 minutes. After the Bad experience at York KFC we tried this one and 100 % better, chicken was freshly cooked and even after the delivery the chip still hot, well done Meal type Dinner Food: 5

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was speedy. They had a short delay on chicken but they kept informing the customers about the process. Chips was as cold as something coming out of the fridge. Chicken was luke warm and very oily. Not my first such experience, not only at the one KFC. I used the drive through and was late for meeting someone and couldn't turn back, otherwise I would have. Loved KFC...But the love of it is starting to disappear... 😔 Even the photo shows the chips not looking fresh...

Very poor service. Staff talk to you as they like. The food had plastic object between food. After i ordered and pay ,at the collection they gave me 3 x salads that was suppose to be mash and gravey. The lady at the collection telling their dont have gravey.Dont ever buy anything at this sloppy, dirty place. Service is bad bad. Food is bad bad
